Cheryl Grimins: This statement is only regarding the person they have managing IRAs. The person who manages these accounts refuses to return phone calls and emails. Most of the time his voicemail is full and you cant leave a message. Which then leaves the bank tellers/manager who want to give good customer service to chase him around like an irresponsible child and hound him repeatedly. Its been 6 weeks and nothing from him. I would not recommend this bank for investment services at all.

Steven Price: Worst customer service (Dan). They lie and name call. Don’t trust what they say because if they are talking to you then they are lying! Dan start the name calling then he post that he was sworn at but he didn’t post the he made up a fake NYS law and got upset because he confronted about the name calling.

Email Emails: Their app is very unstable and will constantly lock you out. Never any help from customer service and most are very rude about it. The bank itself convenient location very inconveniently not open or cant reach customer service on weekends (Saturdays). Switching banks the hassle with this one just isnt worth it.

Robert Taylor: Worst bank ever! They sent a letter saying they were gonna close my account due to inactivity so I called the first business day they were open and my account was canceled and wouldnt issue a refund. They also hire people and let them go because they supposedly cut their position but then they deny them unemployment. I dont recommend this bank to anyone
