I opened an acct online and received a call from a woman asking if I needed help from the bank this year...She NEVER informed me yall were closing my acct do to DocuSign docs that didnt come thru for 3days..I was told by fraud dept to open ANOTHER acct online and was AGAIN told its closed and now I have to go in.....Im not from NY Im from Orlando and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE met more DISENGAGED and JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE in my LIFE.....I wouldnt recommend this bank to my DOGS....These ppl are SHADY and they lie so watch out

Darlene Hastings: Becareful if have a credit card through this bank and do not take any cash advances . Upon payment of your monthly statement they deliberately do not put any of your payment on that balance because its get separate higher interest . This is legal but the bank has made this their practice to gouge extra money from their customers. If you use your card consistently and dont pay off that never goes down. I would call that close to scam shame on them.

Matthew Smith: This is the only competently run branch Ive encountered. They solved the problems caused by the incompetence at other branches. The only drawback is that all KBs now have 9am lobby hours which doesnt work for anyone with a job.
