1 /5 Emily Daniels: Incredibly rude and unhelpful. My Mom and her partner brought in his watch for a new battery, the guy installed one, but the watch was NOT working when they left the store. My Mom and her partner then called LL Bean, (where it was purchased) and then mailed the watch back to them for repair; they said that the battery arm had been bent when the battery was replaced. The guy also nicked the coil, which basically made the watch garbage. When my Mom returned to the store and very patiently explained the situation and asked for his help, the guy took NO responsibility for it and did not offer a substitute or replacement! She tried to give him her number so he could reach out after thinking a bit and he refused! He broke it, he should at least offer something! I will be calling the local chamber of commerce and the better Business Bureau to report his lack of customer service. I will also be calling him directly. Disgustingly unprofessional.
UPDATE this horrible person agreed to pay money towards replacing the watch HE BROKE but when my Mom and her friends arrived today, he argued with them and refuses to take responsibility! DO NOT SHOP HERE. We will be taking him to small claims court.
