The customer care representatives are always very kind, helpful, super knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I have and explain the process of how payments work. I also get emails and texts if I happen to miss a payment, which makes it easy to reschedule and keep on track.

She was extremely knowledgeable and informative and polite, making sure to give me all the options that were available to me. 1 /5 Mahasti Safaei: I’m deeply concerned about the safety of customer records in your system. I called to make a payment on my account, and the representative who answered asked for my name. I provided my full name, and without verifying my identity first, she immediately stated my birthdate and the last four digits of my Social Security number. I told her this approach violates basic privacy protocols. She should have asked me to confirm my information—not disclosed it—to ensure I am who I claim to be. Instead of acknowledging the issue, she became argumentative and transferred me to her manager. Unfortunately, the situation worsened. The manager also asked for my name and then proceeded to reveal all my personal information. When I questioned how they verify callers’ identities, she responded dismissively, saying, “How do I know you’re not a scammer?” Rather than listening carefully and responding logically, she continued to argue with me. I no longer trust your customer service or your data protection practices. If sensitive information is being handed out so casually, it puts every customer at risk. I called for a simple transaction. What I experienced was a serious breach of trust.

He was able to set my payment arrangement up with no hassle and also gave me good information on how to reach out if I need to make any changes in the future. He made me feel valued as a customer and I truly appreciate that.

1 /5 Kevin Johnson: Absolutely terrible experience. The person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to listen. Instead of giving me space to respond or reach out on my own time, they blew up my phone and even went so far as to contact my family, without permission and without giving me the decency of a callback window. They tried to pressure me into paying them right this moment and setting up payments I clearly stated I couldn’t afford, adding even more financial stress to an already difficult situation. What they’re doing isn’t customer service, it’s emotional pressure. They call with the clear intention of frazzling you, rushing you, and making you feel so ashamed or overwhelmed that you just agree to pay something, anything, to get them off the phone. It’s not about solving anything. It’s about cornering you in a moment of vulnerability. They talk down to you like your situation doesn’t matter, refuse to explain anything in plain terms, and act like asking questions is an inconvenience. Its manipulative, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Avoid them if you can. They dont offer support, they create more problems. We ALL know these 5 start reviews are from fake people....dont let this fool you. Also, when you go to their website to "look at your account," you NEVER receive the email verification to verify the account. This means theyre just capturing the information and getting people to verify their information. Update 7.30.2025: Continuing to call and harass me during my workday is not going to get you anywhere...
