The previous review is spot on. Not sure what his position is but he is very rude. Has no problem selling you any kind of jewelry, in my case a ring for my wife. But after the sale, where the customer experience really matters, he fails. The ring I purchased was too big for her, so I went back a couple months later with her due to busy schedule because he said he would take care of it for me. He was very rude and disrespectful to her when it came to sizing her finger, now come time for pickup he has the same attitude. She even told him that it was too small for her finger, which it is, and he began to combatively tell her otherwise. I didnât want to deal with it so I paid the $40 and we left. If youâre a previous customer and you walk in there he is clearly not thrilled to see you. He doesnât even say hello or welcome in how can I help you today. To have this kind of service in this location surrounded by luxury and top of the line goods is ridiculous . He could even be the owner who knows but if that was me I would be ashamed of myself. Save your money and go somewhere else
