After, he quickly came up with some beautiful designs to use the stones that remained. I absolutely love the rings he designed for me. Jewelry that had been stuffed away, broken or too small has now been transformed. Every day I have beauty and wonderful memories glimmering up at me. I am so thankful for Davids patience and skill. I am thrilled to put these on in the morning. (The picture doesnt really do them justice.) So go and see for yourself. You will walk out grinning.

Erika Bronk: I brought my ring (engagement, wedding and anniversary bands soldered together) to Micheal. After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!

Cross GW: Title: Disappointing Experience with Balfours Ordering Process Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I wish I could give a glowing review, but my experience with Balfour in Longview, TX, has been nothing short of frustrating. The sales rep was NOT friendly and completely dropped the ball when it came to providing full details on the ordering process for letterman jackets. I felt like I was piecing together a mystery with the lack of information given. The promised delivery timeline of 10-12 weeks? More like an eternity! Im still waiting, and the excitement of receiving the jacket has been overshadowed by constant delays. Its clear that their ordering process needs a serious upgrade to meet modern expectations. If youre considering ordering from Balfour, be prepared for a long wait and a lot of guesswork. I hope they can improve their communication and streamline their process because right now, its just not cutting it.

Bpclay: Took a bracelet to them and asked if they could shorten it. They said yes, $65, done in three days. One month later, after multiple calls and visits, they finally tell me it’s done. Look for yourself. What they did was laughable. They cut the string, tied enormous knots and superglued them so they wouldn’t come undone. I called my credit card company to get a chargeback immediately. I absolutely would not recommend letting them “repair” anything. I don’t imagine any of their jewelry is legit either.
