5 /5 Rob Seaver: My teenage son and I signed up for this class. Brig was thorough and presented all the information in an organized, easy-to-digest format. It was great to learn some new things, and get a better understanding of some concepts that I only previously understood vaguely. I also was operating on a number of myths about common diet and fitness advice that often circulates in gyms. Brig cleared up and debunked a number of these myths. It was a wonderful use of our time and I recommend taking this seminar. Youll learn a lot.
