Crunch Fitness - 38th Street - New York
Petrit K: Has all the equipment and space you need and can think of. Multiple bench press, multiple free benches, multiple machines, multiple dead lift bars. Punching bag, speed bag, studios, and Sauna. Has 3 different sets of dumbbells. It does get very crowded in the early morning hours before work. Gym floor is pretty clean.

Anthony: Worst customer service outside of the trainers/front desk staff. I was a member at this gym and left because of poor communication when my membership was canceled without my consent or request. I was told that it was canceled by "email." Even though I never canceled it. I spoke with Grant who was helpful, but as for the manager, had me waiting there for an hour. I reached out to the manager, Pauline, via email and requested a credit. She replied that this was an error and a credit would be applied for the mistake. I never received this credit. I followed up for MONTHS via email with no response. Once I emailed that I would like to cancel, they canceled my membership the next day with no response. This gym also raises their price every year with very little to no improvement in the facilty.

Rachel Lugo: This class has literally transformed my life! Suszannah is an amazing trainer and mentor. She’s fun and personable, but also tough and exigent. The perfect combo to do some good work and build your confidence!
CompleteBody Midtown East - New York
Maria Broadway: Love this gym! The staff is amazing, helpful, kind and fun! My only complaint is that Sam doesn’t teach more aquatics classes! I can never make his day classes unless I’m off, I really wish he taught a weekend class. His classes are always full because of his high energy, good music choice and just making the class fun while motivating you.

Alizabeth: I’m visiting New York’s Financial District from Vancouver, Canada, and was looking for a great gym during my stay — Crunch Fitness FiDi did not disappoint! Jan, one of the managers, gave me a full tour of the amenities, and I was seriously impressed. They’ve got HIIT classes, a full turf room for sleds and CrossFit, a heated stretch room that’s also used for hot yoga and Pilates, a spacious weight room with TVs playing sports, and a huge cardio area with plenty of steppers. To top it all off, there are saunas in both the women’s and men’s locker rooms. Highly recommend!
The Fit Faction - New York
Victor D Cabral: Personalized training at its best. Every coach and trainer works with each person with the best goals in play. This is no ordinary gym and these are no ordinary trainers!
Bodied Fitness Club - New York
Amanda Carrington: Bodied is by far the best gym Ive been part of. The community is unmatched -- supportive, welcoming, and inspiring. The coaches are not only hardworking and knowledgeable, but also exceptional communicators who genuinely care about proper form and take the time to explain exercises thoroughly. The class programming is incredibly thoughtful, and Ive seen consistent improvement in my performance. I absolutely love this gym and find it to be such a positive, motivating environment. I look forward to being a member for a long time!
Crunch Fitness - 59th Street - New York
Crunch Fitness - 59th Street
Becky Zhang: I signed up for a free trial at Crunch 59th St and was genuinely surprised at how big this gym is, 3 floors total which is wild for a gym in the city. One of the employees was super friendly and gave me a tour when I first walked in, and right away I noticed how everything felt really new and clean since the place was recently renovated. There’s even a little spa-style room with massage chairs and massage guns you can use, which I thought was such a cool touch, though of course that’s only available for members who pay for a membership that includes it. The locker rooms are honestly one of the nicest I’ve seen at any gym, they’re huge, with plenty of bathroom and shower stalls, and I saw staff cleaning pretty regularly which I really appreciated. The machines all looked pretty new and well-maintained, and I liked how everything was divided up clearly, an area for arms machines, a section for legs, and then a big open space for stretching or yoga. I also love the new mirrors they added, it makes the gym feel way more open and spacious compared to other Crunch locations I’ve been to. One of my favorite things was a private room tucked away with bikes, perfect if you wanted a quiet space away from the rest of the gym. The staff here are really nice and you can tell they recognize and know a lot of the regulars who come in, which gives the place a more personal, welcoming vibe. Overall I feel like there’s so much to do here even with a basic membership, and I’m definitely thinking of coming back again.
LIMITLESS NYC - New York
Adrien Allred: The gym was clean and a great intimate size for personal training. The expertise of Joe and his trainers was very clear and excellent. The intro assessment was killer and showed me how much stronger I will become after doing regular work with them.
