They were very consultative and worked patiently with me to redesign my grandma’s heirloom pendant into an exquisite ring that was customized to my exact specifications- I now wear daily! They also took special care in creatively lengthening a bracelet I was unable to wear from when I was a child, while artfully leaving the rare barrel clasp intact. They all are such wonderful women and they treated me like family ❤️

Lovely Leila refused to be of assistance, we weren’t sure the return/exchange policy so we were hoping for some help. She told us to go online and look to see if they could be returned, wouldn’t look at our order and didn’t care to really give any guidance except for telling us to look into our order information. Will never go back to them again, happily stick to using online shopping.

T N: These jewelers used a POCKET KNIFE on my fathers vintage movado watch that was in perfect condition. He brought the watch in to have a battery replaced and they tried using a pocket knife to pick the back off. The sides and back of my fathers watch is TERRIBLY scratched with indentations now.

The prices are so reasonable. Something similar would have easily cost double or far more somewhere else. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful the experience is there.
