1 /5 Stephen Gusenfitter: I visited the store today as I purchased earrings for my mother online and we wanted to return or exchange them. Lovely Leila refused to be of assistance, we weren’t sure the return/exchange policy so we were hoping for some help. She told us to go online and look to see if they could be returned, wouldn’t look at our order and didn’t care to really give any guidance except for telling us to look into our order information. Will never go back to them again, happily stick to using online shopping.
