5 /5 Maekyla Pratt: My mom and I went to Zales so she could have her ring fixed (one of the diamonds fell off at work). Marisa was there to service us and she was quick to help. She placed an order to have it repaired and even showed my mother how to use the app to pull up all her order and jewelry info. Upon further inspection of the ring Marisa discovered it would be hard to repair and gave us several options while canceling the repair order. We decided to trade in and get one brand new. Marisa was very patient while my mom decided which ring to purchase and gave us some recommendations. Transaction was very smooth and she made sure to try and get us the best deal we could get from the trade in. Hands down one of the best customer service interactions we have had. She was very helpful, patient, polite, and friendly. We know who to go to for any other purchases from Zales!
