Everyone was welcoming, had awesome communication and bent over backwards to make sure I got the best service. They did amazing work. The car looks better now then when i bought the car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Joe Harrington After my brand new car was hit, Northside made the situation about as painless as possible. Jack and Andrew assured me my car would be returned to "pre-loss condition," including matching my paint, which concerned me. They did not disappoint. My car was returned to me as if it never happened, paint matching perfectly and all. In addition, the whole car came back detailed and polished, better than when I picked it up new. They did all the insurance communication and everything, so I cant thank them enough for a job well done.

Israel Serrano The price I paid does not reflect the quality of the paint job and attention to detail. These things unfortunately happen. Great family, very nice but very poor communication, and not happy with work. I was promised perfection, but received an upset. To start things off, I rejected the first attempt to pick up the trunk because there were so many imperfections that were very obvious. I was notified 4 days later it was completed. And these photos are specifically of the paint imperfections that could have been fixed but weren’t. Again they are a busy shop, great family, but quality is not there and attention to detail. The M3 on the trunk badge is obviously to separated among other issues. Hope this helps. The repair job to trunk was great. Just lacked in paint and detail quality.

I had to replace / fix the y exhaust pipe one mechanic had wanted 539$..I was recommended this place by my friend and left the vehicle. They fixed the problem topped off all the liquids and charged me 175$.. one of the honest person I have ever met in this day and age. Definitely a keeper

Nikita Came in for a diagnostic, which was free of charge from the owner. I wanted to know why my car kept cutting off randomly, other concern was the AC (which wasn’t my main concern). The owner called to tell me that the AC was okay ( broken English) I didn’t really understand what he was telling me it was difficult to hear him. I told him that my concern was that my car would randomly cut off I wanted to know why. He said okay give him 30mins to check. I pulled up to the shop thinking everything was fine they said there was nothing popping up on the dashboard. Mind you he said the diagnostic was free so I pulled off. I’m down the road where his workers almost got into a crash with me telling me I needed to pay the owner…? I was confused so I drove back to the place and the owner explained to us that he fixed the AC which I didn’t know he said on the phone that the ac was okay but as he was explaining when I drove back that he had to fix the AC which was 200 I paid him which money wasn’t the problem. I didn’t like what his employee did and he never apologized. Why would you fix my AC without communicating with me…a simple “I found the problem with your AC, I will charge you 200 to fix it”…..smh I would never go back here again service sucks.

Kevon Richards Bring your vehicle here at your own risks and demise. The mechanic is confuse and does not know what he is doing, unwilling to help, they charge you high price and dont complete the work. They are uncaring and hard to deal with. I suffer the mistake of having an engine install and they did not fulfill the agreed upon work. Its not worth your time and hard spent money. Take your vehicle to a reputable place. They are only interested in your money and you end up as the loser.
