V Hoffman Used Ott’s when I had mega hail damage on my car. Super easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company. Kept me informed with how things were going. Could even leave my rental car there when I picked up my car. Bonus: when I picked my car up they had cleaned the inside! Beyond happy!

Gina Stefani My wife needed an inspection and to get her snow tires taken off and her all season tires (that we supplied) put back on. Now keep in mind we did NOT buy tires! A simple tire swap.... She left with a bill of $344!! She went by herself, which I guess was my mistake. She is a pretty girl who they looked at as being vulnerable and able to be taken advantage of. They told her that her lug nuts were corroded and stuck on. They told her that it looked like her lug nuts have never been taken off and were stuck on. She just had her snow tires put on 5 months ago so that was a load of straight up bologna. They charged her $80 to replace ALL of her lug nuts. Plus an extra $100 for labor to get them off!! Plus $119 to take her snow tires off and put the all seasons back on!! Lets do the math here.....they charged her $299 to take off her snow tires and put the all season tires back on that we already owned!! This should be a crime. They took advantage of a pretty young girl because thats what these scumbags do. We are local and are spreading the word to never deal with these scam artists again. They would get zero stars if that was possible. They should be ashamed of themselves. $300 to have 4 tires swapped. What a scam!! We will NEVER come here again.

Erik Bates Great people down here man. I came down Saturday for an inspection, the guy I was speaking with, I believe was Bob, informed me they do not do inspections on the weekend and to show up Monday and theyll take care of it. Monday I pull up and they had a vehicle in the bay so I expected to be waiting a good 45 minutes or so. Nope, within 10 minutes of sitting down they had my car in the shop getting inspected. Id suggest anyone go down to them. Thanks Bob and Doug for all your wonderful work!

liel guetta We came all the way from New York it was empty anyways in the store we asked them to use the bathroom they weren’t humane at all “we don’t have one for the public” instead she gave us directions it costs nothing to be nice.she couldn’t let me pee really quick? I have a bladder issue and she made it a whole lot worse.i literally just had to pee

Nathan DeNeef Wish I could give them no star. So got into an accident with a deer and Carson stated he does body work. We decided to give him the chance and never again will we be going back. One of the visors is still completely broke and he told us to bring it back to have that replaced as it was part of the repair. We called Mona and asked for them to make it right. Well almost a week later and we haven’t gotten a single call back with an answer. Car had damage done to roof. Still while driving I can hear something rattling between the roof like there’s a loose piece of metal. Sadly they have already been paid for all the work and it’s not complete. I had another car worked on there and when I received that back I found a mouse nest in my glove box and everything was replaced with used parts causing my one headlight to be different.

Brittany Shultz Wish I could give no stars! My Rav came back to me still very broken. One visor still hanging, my trunk doors electric isnt hooked up right from when they cut the roof off, there is something rattling in my roof, trim on the outside comes off when driving, pieces of my temperature gage still missing, my windows dont work anymore. This a family vehicle I dont wanna be scared to drive my kid not know whats up top rattling that could hurt us if God for bid another accident happens. Almost $11,000 in repair and they cant fix it safely? Called my car insurance company and the company is taking it into their hands and valley will not be happy. Wouldnt be surprised if this is the end of them!
