Sabrina Girl They ruined my charms on my bracelet. I came in for a polishing for my bracket with 20 charms on it. The girl that took my bracelet didnt know what she was doing. When I got my bracelet back it was dull and the feel was off on the silver. The other worker also noticed that the feel was off. The chemical cleaning ruined my whole bracelet and they couldnt do anything about it. It ate away on the top layer of the silver. Im so upset. Dont go there.

Owenbelskis I bought a Tennis link chain from Sean who worked there, the price was originally $360 on tag And I insisted silver they “had”it but many in stock, they gave me the upstate ice deal of the day, callin me “upstate iced up” like I’m a Christmas tree, the chain then started to tarnish brown 3 weeks later with daily wear and they refused to give me my money back I wonder where they are now? Bankrupt probably later found out all their jewelry is made of brass rhodium and coated with some cheap aluminum

Lynn Grant 12/10/2020 After a few emails back and forth with Alexandra, we made a house call appointment with Mark Lawson to look at some items we were interested in selling, one of which was a large painting we did not want to transport. Before the appointment we received a detailed email as to what to expect at our appointment. Mark arrived on time and was very cordial and knowledgeable. He offered us fair market value for some gold jewelry we no longer wear, and he will be attempting to sell two items at auction. Our experience so far has been particularly good. 5/17/2021 Im happy to report our two items sold at auction and we received our settlement check. I would definitely do business Mark Lawson Antiques again.

Fran R Highly Disappointing! Last year, I lost my wedding ring and went to Drue Sanders to get a replacement made. Instead of using the schematics for my ring, they used my husband’s and made a large, masculine, thick and bulky ring. (Photos attached). Recently, my original ring was found; however, it needed to be enlarged (to the same size as the replacement ring) due to arthritis in my finger. I went to pick my original, enlarged ring. I slid off the replacement ring and tried to put my original on. It would not go over my knuckle. See photos. Their solution… spray your finger with Windex brand glass cleaner to get it on and off. Really??!!?? “That will be $88.56.” REALLY??!!??

jeff countermine My wedding ring got too tight. I stopped in and they expertly cut my ring off and re sized it. I was expecting a large bill, but it was amazingly inexpensive to get it done. I also got a nice ring for my wife here. again the prices were very reasonable. (I compared to a mall jeweler, which was a lot more) We definitely will shop here again.
