Nick Delaini We usually go to the Saranac Lake branch, which we love, but had to swing in last minute on a Friday afternoon here. Fantastic place. All of the staff from the front end to the nurses to the doctor were incredibly helpful, kind, supportive, and professional. Very happy to recommend this branch over and over again.

Veda We have recently started going here and are extremely pleased!! They are all exceptional and go out of their way to help in any way they can. We have never had this experience with any other Drs office we have been with.Not that we have been to many ,but the last Dr we had to switch to was when we moved to this area and we were with her for about six months and she was horrific !!! We couldnt even get an appt for months whether we were extremely sick or not and the paperwork was non-existent when it was necessary! And to get to her by phone was a nightmare - you had to go through 2 or 3 different people to leave a message and maybe " someone " would get back to you!!!

Michael Theriault I have been seeing him for over a decade and he has helped me change my life as well as many others as well as my late mother. Dr. Frank listens to you without judgment and I am so grateful for his help as well as Citizens Advocates. I used to be addicted to lots of things and even got arrested. It took alot of ups and the extreme downs to finally make me want to get help. After five pus years of lots of hard work including inpatient rehab in Bradford PA as well as outpatient I have graduated off the Suboxone program with the help of the Sublockade monthly shot. It helped me get out of the habit of taking a med all the time to feel "normal". A bonus I found out is that when you decide when your last dose will be then you dont withdrawal because of its slow release mechanism. My fight with my addiction continues to this day but with the tools I learned and Dr. Frank helping me manage my mental health I am doing much better and enjoy every day of my life. Anyways thank you Citizens Advocates and a huge thank you and five stars to Dr. Josh Frank!

CENTRAL 500 I have received excellent medical care here for about five years now. Nurse Amanda and Dr. Abby are my caregivers currently and they are incredible ! Also Lisa at reception is great at trying to find an appointment time that works for you. Always a positive experience here.

Patrick Kelly Was the very first visit of the day, and no one was "available" to see me for fifteen minutes, even though I could hear the provider talking about personal chit-chat with coworkers. Really shows where the priorities are.

erin kennedy Unfortunately, my mom and i have been sick for almost 2 months.. we both have been to the clinic 2 times..other than the wait time, the staff has been amazing! They are very short staffed because no one wants to work these days..When i first got sick, i had to leave and go to the other clinic, because the wait was too long and i was very sick and i just wanted some antibiotics.. the other clinic wasn’t horrible.. i did get my antibiotics and was able to get in and out within an hour.. about a week later i went to the Alice Hyde clinic because i was still having a hard time breathing and coughing like crazy.. a lot less of a wait ! the doctor on duty was Dr. Nancy..she was amazing.. she took care of all of my needs ..did a breathing treatment and before i left.. i could breath 100%! i was home on the couch and a couple hours later..the receptionist called me and said the Dr. wanted me to get an x-ray to make sure nothing else was going on with my lungs.. verdict.. i still had bronchitis and because i have asthma it was taking more time to get rid of it. My mom had a great experience too..she had the same doctor .. she did some basic tests and immediately told my mom that she needed to get to the ER..she crossed the street and went to the hospital where they admitted her .. she had pneumonia and had fluid on her lungs. and stayed for a few days… if the clinic hasn’t sent her .. God only knows what would have happened if the Dr. at the clinic hadn’t urged her to go. We are very thankful! There are so many sick people in the community.. Try to be patient with the Doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff .. they are doing a great job!!

Kathy M Hours of operation says they are open until 7pm. We showed up at 634pm. We were told that they dont take patients after 630pm. Also if they would have taken us they would have been there until 8pm. They are useless. So off to he ER for a 5 hour wait and a $100.00 copay. STAY CLEAR PEOPLE.

Matthew Rogofsky I wish I had the choice to not give a single star.I offered my medical paperwork on at my new patient establishment care appointment which was not taken into consideration.All of my conditions were not considered in my comprehensive care plan,the doctor simply picked one that was convenient.After about 6 months worth of visits and each time expressing my increasing pain and discomfort my visits lasted maybe 10 minutes each.I needed an orthopedic specialist but I was referred to a Pain Management Clinic that was one of the most horrible experiences next to this one.Just know none of them care about you,you are simply a cash generator,your doctor will never meet you in person,they will stay tucked away safe in their opulent homes laughing all the way to the Mercedes Dealership.None of them could hold a candle to Dr. Rutowski who would come to your house to treat you,he knew your name without looking at a file and he never considered his bottom line..only to care for you.Them days are gone.

Captain Trips I would rather suffer a lonely, painful death than present myself to these medical clowns. One would feel more at ease if Josef Mengele was in charge of triage in the emergency department.

DaReal Darksaturn First off make me wait 4 hrs in ER then to not even have had tested for blood work they say hearts fine no monitor on all sorts of low life bs dont go here!

Patrick Kelly Three ways to die: Homicide, Suicide, and Alice Hyde. They told me I was faking and discharged me only to be later diagnosed and subsequently treated with a congenital heart issue through a different hospital. Doing great now. Thank God I god a second opinion. After several bad experiences with their surrounding clinics, I refuse to go anywhere remotely associated with Alice Hyde. My health has been great ever since. Last check up has me in perfect health. Not a single issue anymore. Stay away from these people.

Jill Brown 4 people in my family have tested positive for covid. In our initial call I was told someone would be in touch daily...now being realistic I didnt expect a call daily, but once every couple days to check on us...yes. we did not receive any calls to follow up. The only time I heard from the county at all was when I requested to have the nurse paged so I could receive discharge letters for us. No one called, no one checked in to see if we needed anything or how we were doing. The after hours person was quite rude today when I called to ask to speak to someone as it is now 4pm and I hadnt heard from anyone yet today I am supposed to be discharged from isolation. The guy told me they had until the end of business, so of course I asked what time that was. He then stated, well we have a lot of calls and if you have already called we will get back to you. I proceeded to tell him I am supposed to be released today and just wanted clarification since no one contacted me. He finally paged someone. Not helpful at all when you have small children sick in addition to an entire family and being told they would be checking in to see if we needed supplies, food, or had any medical issues yet not one call!
