5 /5 erin kennedy: Unfortunately, my mom and i have been sick for almost 2 months.. we both have been to the clinic 2 times..other than the wait time, the staff has been amazing! They are very short staffed because no one wants to work these days..When i first got sick, i had to leave and go to the other clinic, because the wait was too long and i was very sick and i just wanted some antibiotics.. the other clinic wasn’t horrible.. i did get my antibiotics and was able to get in and out within an hour.. about a week later i went to the Alice Hyde clinic because i was still having a hard time breathing and coughing like crazy.. a lot less of a wait ! the doctor on duty was Dr. Nancy..she was amazing.. she took care of all of my needs ..did a breathing treatment and before i left.. i could breath 100%! i was home on the couch and a couple hours later..the receptionist called me and said the Dr. wanted me to get an x-ray to make sure nothing else was going on with my lungs.. verdict.. i still had bronchitis and because i have asthma it was taking more time to get rid of it. My mom had a great experience too..she had the same doctor .. she did some basic tests and immediately told my mom that she needed to get to the ER..she crossed the street and went to the hospital where they admitted her .. she had pneumonia and had fluid on her lungs. and stayed for a few days… if the clinic hasn’t sent her .. God only knows what would have happened if the Dr. at the clinic hadn’t urged her to go. We are very thankful! There are so many sick people in the community.. Try to be patient with the Doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff .. they are doing a great job!!

1 /5 Kathy M: Hours of operation says they are open until 7pm. We showed up at 634pm. We were told that they dont take patients after 630pm. Also if they would have taken us they would have been there until 8pm. They are useless. So off to he ER for a 5 hour wait and a $100.00 copay. STAY CLEAR PEOPLE.

2 /5 running waters: I normally have good experiences here with very thoughtful and caring staff whenever i cant get into my regular doctors office short notice or my kids. however this is the first time ive been turned away while having throbing upper right ribcage pain and dont know if its due to my liver that has elivated numbers for a few years or if its the upper hernia causing it. Really cant make this an ER visit given my current circumstances and given the holidays the next few days everything will be shut down and ill be without help. Maybe ill just be able to sleep it off and everything will just go away.

1 /5 Rose Kaganzev: We have been here since 9 am. Been in a room for about an hour. Not 1 person has come in to check on my husband. Somebody needs to see what’s going on here. Only 3 people here when we came in?????

1 /5 Walk men: Waited two and a half hours to be seen and I was the third person In the building on opening, was seen for 15 minutes and was treated disrespectfully when I waited patiently with no issue. Went somewhere else and got the care I actually needed.
