Matt Dyn Usually have pretty good luck with them, hours need to be changed to reflect when they are actually open. Sundays they are only open until 1pm but says 2pm on the website and Google. Very frustrating

alva welch Awful. Having purchased a 3/4" drive socket from Gillees Napa in Cooperstown, I found the part to be mislabeled. It says 3/4" right on the socket but its actually 7/8". I just wanted to exchange the mislabeled (unused!) socket and they wouldnt do it. Totally unreasonable.

Tailz Man Looked on the website, says your open till 2pm on Sundays. Guess what, your open till 1pm as it says on the door. Probably should update your website to reflect this.

Scott H Absolutely the worst customer service of any auto parts store. If you want to feel like youre an imposition to the employees by walking in the door, then this is the place for you. There are no prices on anything and when you ask, they are completely put out that you would ask a question. Everything is over-priced and the experience leaves you wondering why you would ever go in.
