5 /5 Sean Cone: I was very pleased with Napa in Norwich they do things right I was impressed and the young lady behind the counter help me was very knowledgeable friendly and she had a smile that makes a day go a lot better for the person on the other side thats having maybe a bad day thank you for that and they also mixes their own spray paint to order how awesome is if they dont have your color mix it and put it in a spray can that is awesome I am definitely going back there its not like other Auto part places in Norwich that dont know what they are doing awesome have a wonderful blessed happy day

D D: Id not used TM before, but was referred there for a burst brake line on a 29 year old van! My usual garage declined the job, I think it looked too hard. The broken line was very hard to even see, behind the sideways V6 engine. TM fixed it, spliced in a new piece. I have no idea how they got to it. Im sure it was a time consuming difficult job, so it was not cheap. But still less than junking the vehicle. I see they are ASE certified too. Ill continue to use them. Lastly, I prefer a small, local, family operation. 5 stars. Oh, yes, I did have to wait a number of days to get my job done, but the fact they are that busy is a good sign in my book.

We are lucky to have them around because they dont make guys like that very often anymore.

I dont if my car is fix and I dont know what is going on with my car. He does not communicate and his shop is closed while my car is lock inside his lock gate at this point I dont know what to do because he has possession of my car and I have no answer
