Fran T My husband and I arrived at the casino on Monday September 8, 2025 with our daughter who is an adult . We arrived went inside to get the keys to our double queen bed room, find out that there was only one and it was at the end of a hall to far to get too . So, then were given what seemed to be a queen possibly a king size bed and a pullout couch. My husband agreed , this isn’t what we paid for. The desk promised he would send linen and a pillow for the pull out couch right away . Well this didn’t happen . We literally were there hours and had to stop back to check in , to ask for the linen and pillow. Honestly , I didn’t care for the room , it was also last room down the hall by an exit door. The room was clean . Hopefully if we go again we get what we pay for “ not “ a room nobody wants . All and all we had a great time . Our daughter kept getting id checked which was fine . She looks much younger than she actually is ( lol ). And the casino was just doing their job . All and all we do this once a year to get away for a few days . The food was expensive and they all “ add “ a tip we paid over a $26 tip at the Lotus. I know this is a casino and their food was good , but the tip should be left to the customer. We also ate daily at the 24/7 Bistro which did the same their portions are huge and you do get what you pay for . I don’t understand why it’s called 24/7 because it opens at 7 am in the morning and actually is “ not “ open 24/7 . Again we had a nice time , and cannot wait to come back. Only thing we want is the room we paid for “ not “ a random room.
