5 /5 Danielle Pugliese: Ace & Jack are reliable and professional! They did an amazing job setting up Blackjack and Roulette tables for my fiancés 30th birthday! The tables were a hit and kept my guests busy. I had about 40 guests gambling on the 2 tables. The personalized funny money was great.

Kate and Cynthia in the office were the best. They walked me through the best ways to raise money for our scholarship fundraiser. The dealers were very attentive instructors, making sure all of our guests had a wonderful time. Even those who had never gambled a day in their lives. Raphael was alot of fun. Very animated, but professional. They were on time and the tables were beautiful. The hardest to impress member of our group, was absolutely elated with the entire night. Highly recommended. Kim Ross: Came early for dinner but didnt want the buffet so ordered from the bar. Bar staff is great but they were overwhelmed with drink and food orders. We ordered at 5:30 and waited over an hour for our food. Another table waited 2 hours. We spoke with a female manager about our experience. Her response was that the customers are very happy with the buffet. Unfortunately the regular bar patrons are not happy but that didnt seem to matter. We later spoke with Rob, he was extremely understanding, listened very patiently and did what he could to take care of one of the tables that still hadnt gotten their order after 2 hrs. He is an asset to Delaware North as well as the bar tender, Rich, who was also very helpful and did his best given the situation. This is a good example for how to handle a negative situation. Well done Rob and Rich!

I can’t wait to come back and try the Nutty Pumpkin latte. This place is a gem!

And a big plus!... the two people that worked there were super nice! Their names were Ally and Blu. Tbey have feesh delicious coffees too.I sat and tried my luck at the slots..lost $10.
