One of the security guards keeps harassing people trying to walk in, the machines pay out is meh at best and im pretty sure the player card doesnt build free play here. Like Ive had some decent wins here but its just not worth it for how long Ive been going here.

1 /5 Robin Lewinski: Waited over 20 minutes while the bartender let five people cut ahead of me. Finally got served, and they gave me and my husband the wrong drink. When I pointed it out, they completely ignored me. I tipped zero for the disrespect and they still took a tip anyway. Absolutely unprofessional and shady. Avoid this bar!!! Customer service was also horrible. They hung up on me the minute they heard about the situation.

Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino - Niagara Falls

G C: First the service from the staff here is great! The front desk and everyone around the casino and elevators was helpful and nice. The location from the falls and park is a few blocks and a nice walk in that direction only. If you exit near the Sheraton and Starbucks, its a nice walk. If you exit the other side of the building near valet its just run down and a lot of sketchy stuff going on. There is a 7-11 which was good to get a case of water not overpriced but make it fast, ha! I got a Falls View room but the view is just not that great except for the fireworks at night. I stayed on the Canada side before and you can actually see the falls. The windows were dirty and the room is old. The rooms can absolutely use an upgrade with the carpet and the cleaning is not clean enough, I usually keep slippers on in any hotel but I didnt want to sleep under the covers here. The rooms made me want to leave but the casino is nice and the restaurants inside are probably the only ones in the area to get food.

John Johnson: This was a very nice getaway. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The pool area and the jacuzzi area are kept extremely clean. All the staff that I have had interaction with are very friendly and helpful.

Crowned Alpha Barbershop: Great place for poker! I come down from Buffalo NY and usually spend the weekend when I do come to visit. Poker room is always pretty busy but I like that. The hotel section I’ve never had an issue with and always booming with a lot of people. It’s the environment you expect to be in when you go to a casino. Definitely better that the casinos by where I live. Especially since I go for the poker room! Food is also great there.

Innovative Constructions: We love this place. First time here but will come back again. I play at different casinos but Del Lago has been surprisingly a great casino to come to, not just to play but it’s also close to different places to visit during the day while here. The staff, starting from the front desk checking in to the ladies changing the rooms to the wonderful host, Ryan, who was very welcoming and accommodating with our stay, were all very friendly and genuinely wanting to help when help was needed. The room we stayed at was very clean, updated and modern. I really didn’t expect a single casino in the area would be this inviting and and fun. Even my 17 year old son kept saying how good the food was. It’s also nice to have the coffee shop/restaurant be right as soon as you get off the elevators. Nice work! Overall, a huge yes to recommending to come visit.

Roxx Singer: Ive won jackpots here and now they have more slots! Food is great. Try the burgers and daily specials. Drinks are good. Coffee at Perfect Pour with bakery and sandwiches. Even if you dont gamble,stay for the food and fireside ambiance. Goodluck!

frederick smith: Very relaxing. Can grab a beer or fizzy for 2 bucks. Good people. Pays decent. Smoking section has the best ventilation and free soda in non Smoking. Highly recommend.

K OBR: Love the food at Portico, Draft Kings Sports Bar (huge burgers and great fries!), and Sociale this morning for breakfast. Hubby loved his bacon and cheese omelet and I was crazy for my sausage gravy and eggs. Both came with a large order of very tasty home fries. And I cant forget to give a nod to the biscuits under my gravy, the had an awesome flavor, no topping needed for them. We both left happy and stuffed!
