Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino - Niagara Falls (NY)

3 /5 G C: First the service from the staff here is great! The front desk and everyone around the casino and elevators was helpful and nice. The location from the falls and park is a few blocks and a nice walk in that direction only. If you exit near the Sheraton and Starbucks, its a nice walk. If you exit the other side of the building near valet its just run down and a lot of sketchy stuff going on. There is a 7-11 which was good to get a case of water not overpriced but make it fast, ha! I got a Falls View room but the view is just not that great except for the fireworks at night. I stayed on the Canada side before and you can actually see the falls. The windows were dirty and the room is old. The rooms can absolutely use an upgrade with the carpet and the cleaning is not clean enough, I usually keep slippers on in any hotel but I didnt want to sleep under the covers here. The rooms made me want to leave but the casino is nice and the restaurants inside are probably the only ones in the area to get food.

4 /5 Tonya Griffin: I went to a drag bingo event at this venue and stayed overnight in the hotel. Bingo was fun, but very crowded and loud. It was still an enjoyable evening. We ate dinner at one of the restaurants and the meal was good, but there were hardly any staff on duty so it took a long time. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The hotel room was comfortable, clean, and had quality beds and linens.

1 /5 anna concepcion: Upon arriving we were looking for self parking but the self parking lot was full so we had to do valet. The gentlement for the valet who came to our car looked extremely annoyed that he had to do his job and when my husband asked him a question all the man did was look at him and not acknowledge. The woman at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. after getting to our room we checked out beds and noticed the sheets on one were either dirty or stained so we took that off and put it by the door. We went to go check out the pool but when we asked a staff member where it was we were told "3rd floor" in a clipped annoyed tone. We then ate dinner at the three sister cafe and the waitress was unprofessional and distant through the whole meal. It took her 15 minutes to even come take our drink order and when we asked what beer they had she walked away to get a menu instead of saying give me one moment and Ill go get a menu for you. The food was good but the only time the waitress really came to the table quickly was to give us our check and get us out. We went back to the same restaurant on the morning bc its the only one here for breakfast buffet and paid 20.00 per person for runny oatmeal, uncooked sausage, flat tiny pancakes, and scrambled eggs all the while the man working around the buffet area to keep it clean was coughing up a storm. We spent the entire day out and when we came back to sleep our room was never cleaned so none of our coffee or toiletries were restocked and the dirty sheet wasnt replaced plus getting in bed a noticed the comforter has a rip in it. We still have one day left in the hotel but hoping to spend the day out and avoid any staff members here bc in all honestly 75% of the staff we see looks like they are treated like crap and would rather be ANYPLACE but here. We stayed at the small Sheraton across the street last summer and had a much better experience than the hotel we thought was fancier. The casino is nice and all but not really worth getting looked at and talked to like youre an inconvenience when youre paying to stay here. We will see how today goes but wouldnt recommend and would not stay here again.

5 /5 SAI SREE: We had a pleasant stay at Seneca and truly enjoyed the experience. The views were absolutely stunning, adding to the overall ambiance. The pricing was reasonable, making it a great value for the comfort and amenities provided. We had two rooms booked and were happy to receive connecting rooms, which was convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One fun bonus was the casino located right at the entrance — a great way to unwind and have a good time without leaving the property. It added an extra layer of entertainment to our stay. The only downside was that the receptionist wasn’t particularly welcoming at check-in, which slightly affected the initial impression. However, everything else about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with beautiful views, solid amenities, and a bit of fun at the casino — would definitely consider returning.

4 /5 Lorraine H.: Great location near the falls. Room was a little pricey, but we had a beautiful view. Watching the fireworks show over the falls at 10pm from our room was an extra treat. Fun casino and the only casino on the US side. Waking distance to the falls and Maid of the Mist boat rides. Nice restaurants at the hotel. The steak house was phenomenal!!
