5 /5 gloria santiago: This is my most favorite place to go when I’m off of work. The staff is so friendly, security is always on point and the environment is so welcoming that I don’t mind spending my time here even if it’s just for an hour. Miguel is the absolute best, I swear he brings me luck every time he says hello and gives me his ‘good luck elbow’. He brings so much joy to the workplace and I see how that affects other guests as well. He makes you feel welcomed every visit and is quick to assist everyone.
I also want to give a shout to Carole, who works with Miguel, and Reyes in security. Theyre always friendly from the moment I walk in the door and when I leave. They are great to be around and very good at their job as well.
I will always recommend Resorts World Hudson Valley to my friends and family if they want to have a good time in Newburgh.
