3 /5 Samantha A: The staff was really sweet and the atmosphere is really pretty. I will say that I was sad, when the permit sandwich arrived the bread was a bit soggy. My family loved both the chicken and churros mofongos. I would definitely come back.

5 /5 Evette Burset Saldana: SIMPLY AMAZING! Everything was delicious and the service was on point. We’re from Kong Island, but will definitely visit again! Those pernil alcapurrias and bacalaitos were A+! Also tried the vegan sausage that were great.

5 /5 ibrahim Rivera: This was my first time here and I loved the ambiance and the vibes of the place. The DJ played music from my youth and contemporary music. The service was good and my waitress was very attentive to our needs. The food was fantastic. Normally when the food is good others serve small portions but that was not the case here. The food was tasty and good. Loved tit and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Barrio BX

1 /5 Yanira Osorio: No se ni por dónde comenzar. I’m so disappointed. I was craving a good sandwich so I proceeded and call this place to place an order. A bistec sandwich and then my boyfriend wanted some frituras (sorullitos, alcapurria and papa rellena). Besides that those 4 things were just $60 alone. When I tried the foos I was even more upset. The sorullitos was too sweet and had very little cheese, estaba ciegos, the relleno de papa, same, barely meat in it and on top of it very desabrido (no flavor). What was decent was the alcapurria even tho the size of them for the price is crazy but the taste was ok. Now the bistec sandwich, smh, my goodness, that was so disgusting, the meat was very hard, I said clearly no ketchup and they put mayo ketchup in it. I have to put a picture so you can see the presentation of it and see what I’m talking about. Not only the presentation of the sandwich but how it tasted. Sorry, I am born and raised in the island and this is not Puerto Rico flavor at all. As much as I love to stand and support my people I couldn’t eat at this place again, not even for free.
