5 /5 T Lo: I rarely give all 5 stars on a brand new 2 week old restaurant, but this is well earned and deserved. Was looking for an "experience" to celebrate my Navy Veteran on Veterans Day and boy did this NOT disappoint! Food was stellar and authentic. We sat at the bar and service was immediate even with only one person running the front as host/bartender/server named Karyn who handled it all with grace and expertise. Schweinne Haxen (braised pork shank)was literally fork tender and slid off the bone all with deep rich flavors. The Chicken Cordon Bleu is the best Ive ever had in my 55 years (including my own). Potato dumplings and red cabbage were so good we order more to go for tomorrow nights meal. Desserts also so authentic. German Cheesecake was a new for us...AMAZING. And their Black Forest Cake just divine. Great find and we will be back!
