5 /5 Born To Be Retired: We stayed at the Grist Iron Lodge and it was great to be so close to this brewery. It gets crowded but it has plenty of seating options (indoors and outdoors) and plenty of parking. Dogs are welcome. Gorgeous view over the lake and great place to watch the sunset. We liked the beers. They have a few seltzer and wine options as well although we didn’t try them. We ate there three times . Their pizza is excellent. The others pork sandwich was good but the Thai chicken sandwich lacked flavor although the bread was good The kids loved to roll down the small hill in front of the brewery and the is disc golf there as well. Fun place to go especially on a beautiful day.

5 /5 Courtney Bourcy: Our dog had the best time yesterday at the dog park and brewery. We decided to celebrate our anniversary here yesterday since we wanted to bring our dog along. He was showered with love and affection by the employees and other customers while we enjoyed drinks and food. This is truly the best dog park in the area! It is absolutely beautiful, huge, and extremely well maintained. Moose played nonstop for over an hour with the other dogs, who were all well-behaved and supervised closely by their owners as well as the bartender. We felt so welcome and included in all of the conversation and fun. After playing at the dog park, we headed down the hill for food. We were so happy and surprised that our dog was allowed indoors as well! He laid on the floor to nap after his playtime, and many people came up to pet him and give him some love. The food was delicious. My husband said it was the best cheesesteak he has ever had! The prices were reasonable, and the service was quick, kind, and seamless. They really have things figured out at GIBC. We will definitely be returning!

5 /5 Christopher Andres: A wonderful experience! Would recommend to come for the food as much as the Brew! The pizza options were abound. Food and drink ordered at the bar and ready for pick up for self seating. The seating options give incredible views overlooking Seneca Lake. Family friendly with plenty of room for kids to spread out and move around, games to play, etc. Pleasantly, though my wife and I were able to enjoy our own quiet time with kids running afoot.
