5 /5 John Mikesh: One of the best dinners out in awhile. Food was excellent, we had heard people recommend this place so our expectations were already high going into the dinner but it still exceeded them! Ambiance and vibe was perfect too!

5 /5 ashley guidry: Super cute place! Great ambiance. The owner is so nice and makes some amazing cocktails. We only tried a few things but they were all wonderful. I could have eaten 10 of the olive oil cakes. You cannot come here and not get an olive oil cake! Trust me!

5 /5 Cody Friley: Hollow is such a fabulous spot—cool, cozy, and with a small menu packed with excellently crafted dishes. We’re lucky to have a place with big-city quality right here in our small town. I was visiting a friend, and let me get straight to the point: the food during happy hour was incredible. The potatoes, fried in duck fat with perfect seasoning, were out of this world. The pot de crème dish was another highlight—intense, flavorful, and simply delicious. We ended up making a full dinner out of several appetizers, and each bite was more amazing than the last. The ambiance was so pleasant, and the atmosphere really captures the essence of a great gastro pub. Friendly locals, a diverse crowd, and welcoming servers made the experience even better. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!

4 /5 Pooja Kamat: Really cute cafe with multiple options. The vegan/veggie options are limited but the cafe is more than happy to edit a non-vegetarian dish to turn it into a vegetarian dish. I think that speaks very highly of the staff. Their focaccia bread was heavenly, and their coffee was amazing too.
