Frog People Went to move across state and my truck kept stalling so I had to leave it behind. Next day I had it towed to this Dodge Dealer who refused it once it got there because its too old and ugly! Its an old farm truck, 2003 dodge ram 1500. I was 5 hours away, got a call from the tow driver that they had refused it and had to find a different shop to bring it to. It was a nightmare. Had it towed to this side of the state and right in to the Dodge dealer, no problem there.

Ann Harris This place is amazing! A very refreshing experience just when I was thinking that humanity is gone. I stopped because I woke up to a very flat tire. After a morning of frustration waiting over 3 hours for roadside assistance (thanks GEICO); I needed my tire fixed and re-mounted. I picked this Garage because of its 4.9 rating. But I give it a PERFECT 10!!!! Friendly, Quick, Professional and very fair pricing along with a “thank you for your business”. My faith in humanity was restored and my crappy morning ended so much better! Thank You!!

nate emden USED TO come here for tires and inspections. I recently stopped by and Mike was extremely rude and disrespectful when trying to set up an appointment. Guy acted like I was inconveniencing him because I wanted to buy 4 new tires from them and have them installed. Thats fine there are tons of other shops. Not sure how this guy still has a job looking at all the recent reviews.

Jim Shutter Just like another reviwer stated they are scam artists and are currently under investigation with the BBB now. I took my vehicle in for a vibration with the breaks. They said they just needed to be cleaned and that was it. As I am not a mechanic my self I would not know for sure. I told them to take care of it. Charged me $200.00 for it. Right after there was no improvement. I then took it to Mavis and told me I needed breaks and Rotors and they fixed it for me. Then I filed a complaint with the BBB and somebody by the name of Theresa responded and made things even worse for them and lied to the BBB. She said I that I was the one who asked them to clean my breaks. She must not have known that I was actually with somebody and on the phone with somebody else at the time after they were the ones who told me it needed to be cleaned, So I have 2 witnesses that heard that as well and falsifying documentation is against the law so I told them to continue on with their investigation. They are going to have a hard time getting out of it now after they put that in writing, Just because they work with cars doesnt mean they excel in other areas in life. They are Very dishonest people through out the whole company and can not be trusted. If anybody had issues I would advise you to go the BBB site and also fill out a complaint. It only takes a few minutes to do so and advise everyone to take their car to Mavis as well that place is a minute down the road on the same side as Monroe

Lisa Downing We took my boyfriends 52 Jeep Willis in for repair two years ago in May and after making redundant and I do mean redundant numerous trips to the auto repair shop 25-30 times the The owner of the shop still never fix the Jeep so it works. I asked him repeatedly to just keep replacing parts and we would pay him a few hundred dollars every time we would go in but still we have no fixed Jeep. We’ve asked the guy the owner to call us regarding the jeep repeatedly when you bring a jeep in for repair normally it takes about maybe a week this guy has had it two years and I think he just took our money because we’ve paid him to fix nothing, so watch out I’m gonna make arrangements to have my boyfriend’s jeep removed from that body shop. I feel like we got taken for a complete ride. The shop is very very unprofessional when you bring your car in for repair they stay in touch with you and call you they let you know when you order new parts or what you need , the vehicle should be diagnosed. This guy has done nothing but take our money. I find the shop owner to be very very unprofessional. It’s like we’re paying for insurance on this and it was stolen because he just gonna keep it forever I would be reluctant to go there.

Patrick McMahon Went in for automatic starter, I had a full tank of gas and by the time I picked up my vehicle there was only half a tank of gas left. The automatic starter works but still I’m out a half a tank of gas and they had no explanation for it.
