3 /5 Lance Bibbo: Owner is a very nice person. But, The chicken was just chicken with a spicy taste to it. I do not like spicy food. Sides were very small and over priced. Potatoes were just mashed and covered with a no tasting gravy. Macaroni and cheese had absolutely no taste to it. Salads were all just plain. No tlc put into them. Honestly, I think they are store bought or from a frozen selection. And the rolls, very small. About two by two and definitely not home made. A fresh piece of brea has more taste. Then there came the upsetting part, Pricing.! The menu said 6 rolls, but they would only give me five even though I told them the price on the wall comes with six. Four sides and ten pieces of mixed fried chicken and five miniature rolls. 28 dollars plus tax. As I was leaving, the owner talked to me and gave me a menu. In the menu the price for my order was and is 23 dollars for 10 chicken 4 sides and 5 rolls. However, I was over charged , based upon the price on the wall and not in their most recent menu. Because of this and the poor quality I will not be eating here again. I drove from lLiberty to give the place a chance. Never again. Thank You.!! Thank you for explaining the miss understanding. You should really make the price change an important point to your customers. Especially when you are using old menus. Put up a sign. As for returning, I can’t see what you could correct unless you fix the quality of your food. Excellent service, but not for me. Ty

5 /5 Hasan Bokhari: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Family Dining Gem in Monticello! Our family stayed at the Kartrite Resort and found this absolute treasure of a restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in such a warm, wonderful family atmosphere. The heart of this place is truly the family running it. It was so special to see the father working side-by-side with his sons—some warmly taking orders at the front with big smiles, and others diligently preparing food in the kitchen. You can feel the pride and love they put into their business. And the food? ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Every single one of us, from the adults to the kids, cleaned our plates. The kids are still raving about the fries (some of the best weve ever had!) and their meals. The menu is incredible, with unlimited choices to satisfy any craving. Whether you want a hearty comfort meal, a fresh salad, or something delicious for the little ones, they have it all. If youre visiting the area or staying at Kartrite, this is a must-visit. Delicious, generous food served by the kindest, hardest-working family. We left with full bellies and full hearts. We cant wait to come back on our next trip! Thank you for an exceptional dining experience.

1 /5 Atif Afzal: Horrible experience!! An extremely disappointing experience in every way. I felt CHEATED! 1. The chicken in my mixed gyro was chewy and not fresh at all. It definitely seemed re-heated. Not only re-heated but also had a stale taste / smell. Something similar to the food from the fridge which was cooked days ago. 2. The mixed gyro had mostly chicken and I felt cheated for the lack of meat. 3. When I wanted to complain, I only saw 2 kids there at the counter.

5 /5 Charles Stanton: I have never been to a restaurant that has as many items on their menu and everything Ive eaten has been exceptional. I would give the food and service 10 stars if I could. The prices are excellent as well. I would happily pay more money for the quality of food this restaurant has.
