KFC - Geneseo (NY)

1 /5 Bev Hopkins: Went to KFC in Geneseo@ 930pm, Friday 10/31/25 for chicken. Was told there was no chicken. The restaurant is open til midnight & there was no chicken . It was 2.5 hours before closing on a Friday night & there was no chicken. Whats up with that in Geneseo a college town. Can you explain this to me.

1 /5 Joey Copeland: Very disappointed waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to then have my order messed up. Ordered the famous bowl to only receive corn and mash potatoes. Ordered a side of fries they were cold soggy and didn’t even fill half the fry container 2 cars in front of me and one in the parking lot!!! A 25 minute Waite is beyond ridiculous.

1 /5 Sam: Was yelled at when asking to substitute the wings for legs in the double mashed meal. Cashier named Ayden told me who ever does that for me will be fired. I have had this done for the last 3 weeks and it was never a problem, I was always just upcharged. These kids they have working there need to learn respect
