5 /5 Thia Cyn (Adventurous Soul): Adriana is an awesome person! She guided my husband and I thru the drink and food menu; we ended up with Sangria (delish) and Boubonaide (juicy, smoky goodness). I got Burnt Ends (Good), and Wings (Fabulous) with beans (delish) and potato salad (ok, but wouldn’t get again). Hubby got Pulled pork (succulent) and Ribs(to die for) with Mac and cheese (good) and kollards (very tasty twist with kale). Tried all the sauces. Alabama Sauce our favorite- we bought a bottle. Next time I visit I’ll try different foods. Atmosphere in the restaurant is homey and when we saw into the kitchen as the door swung open there were smiling people in the back and a very clean kitchen. An awesome unexpected lunch! Try this lovely restaurant - you won’t be disappointed and thinking about it for days afterwards?”!

2 /5 Neil P.: The staff was very nice but the food is very underwhelming. The brisket tastes like it was only boiled with no seasoning, the burnt ends were 95% barbecue sauce with 5% taste of meat, same goes for the shredded chicken and the beans were underwhelming. They have a good thing going on service wise but I can’t say I’d return for the food.

5 /5 jangel31793: Overall Rating: 8.5/10 Without a doubt in my top 10 favorite places to eat. Easily the best BBQ on east end. This is one of those once a month places I go to. Never disappointed. Great for a quick bite or a nice sit down meal. The menu is huge and the quality is superb. Great place on those nice days to eat some REAL comfort BBQ outside or in dining room. Recommended dish- Anything! 5 /5 Victoria Gaffney: My husband and I were in Riverhead to see the holiday lights and stopped and took food to eat in the car (we had the dogs). There is a tiny park across the street where we parked to eat but we will remember that for nicer weather as it had picnic tables. We placed our order and the food was out quickly. Piping hot and delicious. My husband had the burnt ends platter and i had the brisket platter. It had been a long time since i have had a brisket so juicy and tender from anywhere. I chose the lean cut for my brisket which sometimes can be dry but this was moist all the way through the meat. I had some of their carolina sauce on the side but the meat reallt didnt need anything extra. My husband equally enjoyed his burnt ends and was very impressed with the collard greens. I decided to try the mac and cheese with my platter and it was creamy and flavorful. The cornbread was slightly dryer than I would have liked and they forgot to put any butter in our bag but that probably would have been enough to create the missing moisture. We will definately be back to eat here again if we are in the area.
