5 /5 Michael Passalacqua: First time at On The Fly, and oh man it did not disappoint! Super friendly and welcoming staff right from when we walked thru the door, with minimal wait time and exactly enough "check-ins" during our meal, always keeping the coffee mugs full. But the main event has to be the food - absolute flavor bombs. We got the eggs benedict and shrimp & grits, plus the cajun style french toast to share. The flavors all around were incredible - the lemon hollandaise may have been the best weve ever had, those potatoes were crispy on the outside and seasoned perfectly, and the unique shrimp and grits concept (with it being more of a grit cake) was excellent. Oh and the giant french toast - delectable. Loved the raspberry sauce and homemade whipped cream served alongside. Couldnt get into more than a few bites of that but happily enjoyed it over the course of the next day as a leftover treat! We cant wait to come back to On The Fly to explore more of the menu!
