5 /5 Brendan Hutchins: As a family of 4 we ordered as much off of the menu as we could so we could try everything. The sides were top tier, especially the corn bake, it was the closest I’ve ever had to my mom’s cornbread casserole. For meats, we got the pigkin, pulled pork, brisket, and Jack’s chicken. The star of the show was Jack’s chicken for me, I was able to literally shake the drumstick and thigh meat off of the bone. All the meat seems to be seasoned very simply and allows the smoke and natural flavor take front and center stage. The hot BBQ, house BBQ, and honey-garlic BBQ sauce were delicious, they’d genuinely be great on anything. The wait staff was friendly and on top of things, they even took our picture and seemed elated that we stopped to get a pic in the front of house with their logo. 10/10, I wish I lived closer so I could come back and enjoy meals here on a weekly basis. Definitely worth the trip whether you’re local or just visiting. Pro tip, if you want a huge meal for a low cost get the pig pile plate and I almost guarantee you’ll be leaving with delicious leftovers.
