Parkside Diner - Castile (NY)

5 /5 Mihir Diwadkar: Laurie is a one woman army! From greetings us to serving to helping us out, she took absolute care of us. We made a stop on our way to NJ at this diner to get a morning grub in a homely atmosphere. You will not be disappointed. The chef is talented too and the food was out in less than 15 mins. The only feedback would be to work on the potato hash as my wife felt they were over crispy and hard. However, the service overshadowed everything else! Anyone driving through Castille should stop here and youll be delighted!

5 /5 Angelina Rocha: We stopped here on our way to Letchworth State Park and it was the such a great experience. The food was downright delicious and they serve you a hefty portion for a lovely price. We enjoyed an omelet and the Parkside breakfast platter with the jumbo jacks (which were so fluffy & delicious).

If you have the opportunity to stop here do it! And I hope you get Stacy as a server! She is so attentive, funny and kind. Food was amazing as well, a great meal to wake up with. Definitely give this place a shot!

5 /5 Michael Franklin: I had the Waffle Benedict. You could not do better at the Waldorf Astoria. Very nice diner. Service was great. Clean professional operation. Best Canadian bacon I’ve ever had. And I’m old.

4 /5 Nichole Subola: I love a local gem. The diner was filled with hungry families, groups and couples. Service was fast and friendly. I had 2 eggs, hash and toast. I asked for extra crispy with cheddar melted on top and the chef delivered. Coffees and waters were refilled quickly and there is a half portion option. Love it here.
