4 /5 keelen yanda: The woman at the counter was polite and knowledgeable about the menu and was helpful. Wasnt busy at 11am which was nice to be able to eat inside and enjoy my lunch. The trays could use a good cleaning and or a paper on the tray between the food and the tray.

2 /5 Austin Hoffman: Get used to the wait.. the drive thru is slow every time we go. Tonight, we have been waiting for 20 minutes… haven’t moved. UPDATE 9/6/2025 Still waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Thought they would get things fixed a year later, but I guess not.

1 /5 Mark Hadfield: They take 20-30 minutes to complete an order normally. Today it took an hour to get my order correct. First they didnt give half of the food, then when they tried to remedy that, they gave me the wrong food. Then finally I got what I ordered. I ordered online as well so an hour to get my order is absolutely ridiculous. It wouldve been faster for me to drive to batavia

3 /5 Ruth Dembinski: Usually its not a problem with here except its kind of slow but the last time we went through the drive through it took about 29 minutes and they today screwed up my order. Im vegetarian so I ordered beans instead of meat on both of my items and they were both meat. Luckily one of my husbands tacos was bean so we traded as hes not veg

1 /5 Robert Miller: Placed a mobile order on the Taco Bell app at 10pm. Pulled up to the speaker at 10:15 and they said they were not taking orders anymore. I told them I had a mobile pickup and they said sorry they are closed. The store is not supposed to close until midnight. Ridiculous. There should be a way for them to disable the app if they close early.
