4 /5 Mathuaerknedam !: Over three visits Ive had two pizzas and one burger. I sat at the bar each time, and service was good the first and last time, great when Cassie (sp?) was tending. I had the special burger from late September. I dont remember what it was, but it and the old bay fries were great. The Fig and Pig pizza was fine, but seems like it was missing something. Older reviews suggest it used to be better. The Just Peachy pizza wasnt great for me. I thought the peaches were too big, and none of the flavors popped. Maybe with significantly more balsamic drizzle, but I didnt think about that until later. (I did get the arugula on the side, so maybe I did this to myself.) I probably wont get any more pizzas, but Ill be back for burgers and to try other things. My first visit was on a Friday night, and it was very busy and too loud. After that I went on a Tuesday or Wednesday and the sound was fine.

5 /5 Laina Karosic: This is now Moonfish Brewery, and it still has the familiar feel of the old Riverhead Brew House, just under new ownership. The overall setup and atmosphere are pretty much the same, which works because the space is genuinely large, open, and easy for groups. It’s the kind of place where you can show up with a handful of friends or a big crowd and still find plenty of seating without much hassle. The menu hasn’t changed much either. Portions are generous, and there’s enough variety for most people to find something they’re comfortable ordering. Typical bar food options - nachos, burgers, etc. I’d recommend the pickle chips as an appetizer - they were the clear favorite at our table. We all ordered flights and liked the IPAs and the sour; both were solid picks and made it easy to try a little bit of everything without committing to a full pour. Service was friendly and laid-back, which fit the overall vibe of the place. The staff was attentive and told us about the new ownership. They were out of a few beers we chose for our flights, but we were able to all get something we liked. Staff was also very accommodating when we had a special request with one of our orders. I’d return, especially once the weather warms up. The outdoor patio across from the river is a great spot to spend time, and it adds a nice reason to come back in the summer.

5 /5 Lindsay: Really great spot for lunch! We started off with the Mozzarella Moons and the Short Rib Egg Rolls, both were amazing! Our favorite was the Mozzarella Moons. After, we had the “Girl Lunch” that was incredible, big portions. Came with a Diet Coke, truffle fries, grilled chicken strips, and caesar salad! The seasonal drinks menu looked delish but decided against drinks today!

5 /5 Steven Tringali: 9/11/24 update: We always get excellent food and service when we go to RBH! The grand nachos are amazing the bang bang shrimp, awesome tacos, and the fig and pig pizza. Outstanding! Cassie at the bar always takes great care of us. *********************** I am so happy to have found the new location of Lilly Flanagan’s new restaurant the Riverhead Brew House! I am a huge fan of their Palate Brew House so when I heard that they opened closer to home (Hampton Bays) this was very exciting news. Their food and selections are amazing among their selections of beer and cocktails. We always enjoy their huge pretzel served with 3 sauces (cheese, mustard and if I recall correctly, a spicy horse radish sauce?). We love the fig and pig pizza, amazing. Their burgers are awesome as well as the tacos and I particularly love the French dip! They offer happy hour specials (don’t remember the times and days but I will say after 3pm. I don’t want to quote incorrect info. I do know that they have $5 off most apps on the menu (not all) and their taco Tuesday is a great deal as well. Awesome wings (bone in or boneless) with a choice of sauces and seasoning. The service is awesome and everyone has a great personality! Make sure you get there and experience their food choices!
