1 /5 Dep Firefighter208 “FIREFIGHTER208”: I never done this before but the customer service I got the other day was so Awful your website and Google says your close at 9 o’clock. I walked in at 6:30 to grab dinner for my family and the person that was making the sub was really rude and said we’re closing so she rushed to make my food and put the wrong stuff on the stuff and And when I asked for cookies and she said she didn’t have any, but the customer behind me got cookies and she knew him and said here’s your cookies that was rude of her. I understand your company is shorthanded, but you should change your hours on your door and Google and teacher workers common respect to your customers And I’m not the only customer that dealt with this before

5 /5 Tracy Price: My daughter and I recently went to the subway in Lyons and placed an order for our church. Brittany waited on us. We were so impressed with her. Brittany is kind, efficient, professional, etc. She really needs to be the owner. She was so personable. I have not seen someone that great at their job in a long time. We will continue to come and hope we get her every time!

1 /5 Patti Griffin: Would help if this subway was actually open when they say they are. Every time I go, they are closed. I love going to this subway but it they are just never open anymore. I mean this past winter I thought they closed down for good on how often they were closed. All I’m saying is, change your hours if you won’t be open around 6:30-7pm. I’m not mad, just hungry and really wanted subway instead of McDonalds.
