5 /5 Ross Iskowitz: We had such a fantastic time at Sugar Factory – Queens! The highlight for me was definitely the S’mores Brownie Insane Milkshake — it was absolutely massive, insanely delicious, and honestly impossible to finish without sharing. We passed it around the table and everyone loved it. The Rainbow Sliders were also really good and just as fun and colorful as they look. We came to celebrate my niece’s birthday and she had the best time. The entire atmosphere is perfect for birthdays of all ages — bright, over-the-top décor, tons of photo-worthy moments, and a menu filled with things that feel like a celebration in themselves. If you like posting fun restaurant experiences on social media, this place is a dream. A huge shoutout to our waiter Robert, who was amazing from start to finish. Even though they were short-staffed due to a last-minute callout, he took incredible care of us, stayed so friendly and upbeat, and you could tell he genuinely cares about the guests and the experience they’re having. He made everything feel smooth and special. Highly recommend Sugar Factory – Queens for birthdays, celebrations, or just an unforgettable dessert outing!

5 /5 MEJ NARE: Chose to celebrate my birthday here and this place did not disappoint! MARCUS, our server, was super attentive and patient in guiding us through the menu so we could get just the right cocktail. My extra spicy mango margarita was muy caliente !!! My friend got the kiwi strawberry margarita. End of the night, Marcus , surprised me with a the staff singing and sorting me out with a special dessert! Kudos to the staff, making my night memorable!!!

5 /5 Kay A: I was hesitant to go to take my children to this location due to the bad reviews. But I went anyway, and was pleasantly surprised. We were a family of 7 celebrating my son with a birthday dinner. We only waited about 10 to 15 minutes, not bad for a Sunday night. Our server was Marcus, who was the highlight of the evening. He was friendly and courteous. He gave great food suggestions and when it was time to sing Happy Birthday to my son they were sensitive to his aversion to loud sounds and surprises and sang a little quieter while including him. There were other kids celebrating their birthdays and the whole restaurant would tune in and celebrate them. It was perfect. The food was great, very large portions, we couldnt finish it and the drinks and ice cream were sooooo good. If management reads this please highlight Marcus for making our evening special !

1 /5 Ivy Shannel: I’ve been going to sugar for the past two new years eves and for the coming year 2026 I went, And was given a “ special party menu” that I wasn’t apart of while other guests received the main original menus. I was confused, because the host stated this is for everyone coming into the restaurant because it’s New Year’s Eve. I had to choose from the list of foods provided on the “ party menu” and it was horrible the salad the appetizer and dinner look like they had them left on stand by , already done. The macaroni balls were not cheesy they were heavy and hard , the bruschetta bread was soggy , the steak look cheap and the lobster tail was Hard as a rock. I spoke to the manager and I didn’t have to pay for the horrible meal , I was able to get a quick easy smash burger because at that point , I wanted to leave . I don’t know how can the front host assume we were apart of some party , and gave us special menus . This never happened before in the last two New Year’s Eves coming here . I love Sugar factory but that wasn’t a great way to end the 2025 year.

4 /5 Shavonne Myles: We both got the turkey club sandwich. We didnt like it. They took one off our bill. We appreciated that. The drinks were amazing and strong $47 each (worth it) They staff was really friendly. We closed the place down Friday night. They said take your time. They were cleaning We were drinking and having a good time.
