The Grille at Hilton Garden Inn - Watertown (NY)

4 /5 Alice Millspaugh: Went here for our Thanksgiving dinner by reservation. The meal and service were great,but we felt rushed. Waitress took our food, drink and dessert order at the same time. Had a sip or two of my beverage, was in the middle of my salad when dinner and the desserts arrived at the table closely followed by the check. Was in an out of there in forty five minutes. Would really have appreciated a more relaxing dining experience. Our waitress was very nice, but seemed hurried and pressed for time.

3 /5 Renée L.: The service & food were good but the prices are astoundingly high. The shrimp app came w/10 shrimps & cost $12…so over $1 per shrimp! The flatbreads are $12 & they aren’t even the size of a full plate…tiny & misshaped! A very thin slice of cake was $8! They tasted good but the food & atmosphere are definitely not worth being so overpriced.

5 /5 Stephen: Great food and excellent service. We were able to hold a conversation without having to yell. Bathrooms are nearby and easy to find from the dining area. No stairs, or mismatched levels so easyish to maneuver in a walker or chair.

4 /5 Tony Swann: This is not your ordinary Hotel restaurant. I had the chicken parmesan with grilled veggies and it absolutely fantastic! The meal also came with garlic bread, I wanted to order another loaf to take back to my room for a midnight snack. The barmaid was friendly and attentive. I will definitely eat here again.
