Wasabi - Hudson (NY)

4 /5 Kevin Joseph: Great atmosphere with all the little decorations hanging from the ceiling. The Food: We tried various different types of Sushi from hand rolls to signatures and all of them were great. I recommend this place especially since its the only place nearby with decent Japanese food.

5 /5 Emily Decker: Wasabi may be the only sushi place in town but they would still be the best if there were 50 others! I never leave hungry or dissatisfied. 10/10 Every. Single. Time.

5 /5 Cherelyn Volpert: Dined here in Nov 2024 but giving updated review for April 12, 2025 visit. The ambiance, service, and food are excellent. I added a few additional pictures of our visit today. The prices are reasonable as well.

5 /5 Laurence: I’m not very adventurous when it comes to sushi but my go to order here is a California roll with cream cheese and the city roll. Both are pretty simple but never disappoint! I’ve also tried the vegetable and shrimp tempura which was good but wish the shrimp was a little crispier. This time I got take out and it took about 20minutes on a Saturday night, not too bad. I’ve dined in as well and find you get your food pretty quickly.
