Wendys - Batavia (NY)

1 /5 Malacai McGrath: As someone who loves fast food and eats it on a very regular basis, I can say that this was not fast food, heck it wasn’t even slow food…it was no food. Me and my bros walked in after a long day of work moving gravel for our work and we were expecting to get some nice juicy burgers to replenish ourselves. We waited at the front counter for so long and we’re so bored that we thought that KSI’s “Thick of it” song was actually good. The employees didn’t even apologize for the long wait. They just looked at us as if we were aliens from Mars. Worst of all the workers had the audacity to complain about making food. I know I shouldn’t be calling Wendy’s out like this but we were waiting for so long that even Burger King sounded good. I would’ve even eaten Mr. Beast’s under cooked, and unregulated burgers instead of starving while watching the workers try and figure out which side the cheese should be facing. I hope that Wendy’s changes their ways and does better next time. If not I would even be willing to go to Arby’s.

1 /5 Gregory Vigiano: So 3 times ive gotten wendys over the last 2 months and its later at night 730 to 830. But idk if the works are night shift or whats going on but they leave stuff out tonight was a whole kids meal and of course they didnt give me my receipt so had to drive back. Long story sort all ways all ways all ways double check to make sure you got all your food because it very annoying having to go back. Also I read a couple other reviews and theyre right about the lady at the window shes ether real real tired or somethin else. And it seems its problems with the night shift because a few ive read are all later. So last time gettin wendys for awhile.

1 /5 Mark Grimm: It took a very long time to get the food and there were older kids hanging out running around and picking on a small person messing around.Nothing was said to them which our 6 year old granddaughter was with us to see these kids being absolutely terrible.Management should have kicked them out but let it go on saying nothing. Will never go back there.

2 /5 Danielle Kates: So what’s up with putting the most miserable person you have on staff at the order taking and drive thru windows? Maybe if sally is having a bad day, she works on making the sandwiches instead. Why is it the norm to expect completely rude service everywhere you go now?

5 /5 philly shaylee: Food is so yummy and only $11 dollars for 2 big meals !! Staff is friendly and very clean and super fast service.
