2 /5 cloe hil: Went around 9 o’clock, not busy at all. Ordered 2 biggie bags. When I got my bag it only had half of my order. After I told them they only handed me half of what was missing. Also the fries were only half full, and cold.

1 /5 Bad luck gamer: Placed an online order came and picked it up. I then asked the lady for a free frosty from my coupon thing WHICH DOES NOT SCAN. She told me to go wait in line to place an order. I said fine but then look and the line is big waited 10 minutes in that just for the front desk lady to not put my order in and Just told me to tell her to make me one. I was so upset I forgot to check my food until we left and both my nuggets and my friends were spicy instead of normal. Unbelievable

1 /5 George: Order 4 piece tender and get 3, come back to get one more and the micromanager is like “what’s the name on the order?” I give my name and he’s like that’s not an order then takes my tenders and puts one the size of a chicken nugget in it. I went through the drive through so there’s no name on the order genius. #microenergy! No one’s trying to steal your tenders bud! Lady was chill

1 /5 Lyu Lesh: Get spicy chicken. Chicken was very dry, French fries cold. Staff helples. Was planning to use coupon for soda, stuff acted like Im stupid. Maybe someone needs to teach them how to use coupons and have good manners because Im not first who complain about this. And please do not prepare food early and wait for customers food getting dry and cold...

2 /5 Levi Smith: We get food here almost weekly because its about the only fast food place around where you can get a salad. And thats great and the food is good. The downside is it is almost always a long wait at the drive-thru even if ordering ahead of time. Half an hour has passed before. And the order tends to get messed up a little bit at least half the time. If I order a cookie theres about 80% chance itll be missing and I have to go inside to get it anyways.
