ReGena Corvelli I bought a car for 9000 dollars and brought it home. Right away, the battery died so they came and charged it, drove it into the city, and the battery died again charged it. They put a new battery in it, my radio won’t set the tire pressure mount system light is on consistently. They wanted me to put 1000 miles on it. I can’t even get 100 miles on it without something going wrong with it so it won’t be long before I get a hold of the lemon law

Vince Ruck I’m so very impressed with the entire Lauzon’s operation. I called to setup towing a derelict fifth wheel RV from a seasonal campground. They scheduled the tow for the very next afternoon. The tow operator arrived and set himself to work lowering his tractor type truck the able to hook onto this old RV. There was an issue with the front landing gear not retracting and he found the manual extension rod. Using an adjustable wrench, he retracted the land sufficiently to be able to tow the RV to a recycling address. Using secondary roads and slow but steady speed, the tow was completed and the RV delivered to the recycler. The driver/operator went out of his way to make sure the tow was done safely and completely. The office staff were very cordial and competent. They quickly advised me of the towing costs, which were quite reasonable, and took the payment. I would definitely recommend this company for your towing needs.

Dillon Fuller Took my 23 Ram 2500 to the dealer to get an alignment because tire was scalping. They told me my frame was bent and I needed to take it to a body shop/frame specialist. Walked away with less money and a crooked steering wheel. Heard a lot of good things about these guys and decided to get a second opinion and thank god I did. Ken set me up with a new ball joint, installed it, and had me on my way in less than the time he quoted. He also took time to answer all my questions and concerns and assured me my frame was in fact just fine. Pricing was very reasonable. The expertise, knowledge, and care provided by these guys is something that you won’t find many places. Six stars.

Mr. K Terrible service, Paid over $250 for $180 job. The work that was scheduled in the appointment was not completed. Reason given was “I don’t use customer parts.” Did not notify me when I said on the same call that I already had my parts when I made the appointment. The funny thing is 99% of auto shops get the same parts where the customer gets them, which is either Napa AutoZone or Advanced auto so what the mechanic is trying to do is buy that exact same part that you bought to upcharge you $50-$60 and then bend you over the barrel. In an economy where people are trying to get by there’s always that one guy trying to screw someone over. Save your money and the hassle go elsewhere.

Brooke Russell Highly recommend working with Joes Glass! I thought I was in trouble and needed new windows this year but after talking to Joe he helped me solve my moisture issues. Joe is very honest and knowledgeable and I can’t thank him enough for educating me and helping me find a solution. I will 100% call him in the future when my windows do need to be replaced.

He gave us a very reasonable estimate and was very timely in completing the job. We are very pleased with the final results. Joe and his staff are excellent to work with …personable and knowledgeable ….and we recommend them highly.

Lucas Murray Do not recommend this shop. Tryed to tell me I owned him $1,250. But in his computer it said $1,100. He also didnt fix my car. Had to pay to have it flat towed off him lot. Also billed me for part he did not replace, 50% of the work he "did" wasnt even done. Stuff was glued together and sylacone stuff was used on it.

Zachary Barkman Cook is the type of mechanic everyone looks for. He is honest about when something needs done, and will let you know how much time you have left if a part is beginning to go bad. He won’t try and fix something that doesn’t need it, and if he notices something while working on one issue, he’ll call and ask before he works on something that wasn’t previously mentioned. He’s even given me advice when looking for different vehicles, knowing full well he could let me buy something that would make him a lot of money!

William Laymon I took my car to the body shop to have a new outside door handle installed on the drivers door and the electronic locks on the rear doors work intermittently. Some times they do not slide up or down all the way. The new handle works fine. I was charged more than quoted and they did not fix the problem with the rear locks. When I returned to the body shop and told them the locks still did not work, I was told they "sprayed them and maybe they will work when it gets warm out".

CENTRAL 500 There is nothing "Express" about this joint ! I went in there this morning and they were absolutely clueless. Ended up going to "TC Malone Auto Repair" and ended up getting my oil change 30 bucks cheaper and completed rather quickly.

Luke Petersen I stopped by for a walk-in oil change; they were able to get me in and out in about half an hour. It is a new establishment at this point, and it seemed like the guys were still getting “settled in“, but they got my oil changed successfully in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Joseph Tisdel If you need/want your car worked on this is the place to bring your vehicle have been going here for over 2 years drive from massena every time I need something done. These are the only auto repair shop I trust I have had many parts swapped/replaced and it’s amazing work they do. You should be calling them before you call anyone else if you want quality work done the right way believe me these are great people who know what they are doing!
