1 /5 William Laymon: I took my car to the body shop to have a new outside door handle installed on the drivers door and the electronic locks on the rear doors work intermittently. Some times they do not slide up or down all the way. The new handle works fine. I was charged more than quoted and they did not fix the problem with the rear locks. When I returned to the body shop and told them the locks still did not work, I was told they "sprayed them and maybe they will work when it gets warm out".
