Taliasba K Went to Catskill Napa yesterday to pick up a part (headlamp). I ordered the wrong part! Marcos was such a great help to me. He took out the bad part for me as I had no clue! and guys inside made the correction on my order. Then Marcos put the new part in for me! Wow! I cant thank him enough!

Zen Khan I called them after toasting one of my U Joints on the front drive shaft of my 1977 F250 and they told me to drop it off the next day and they would have it ready ASAP. They gave me a ton of advice with reinstalling it, and I appreciate a honest local mechanic shop. I’ll be taking my truck over to them as I trust their expertise and above all their kindness, and attention to detail. Many thanks again y’all!

Eric Palmer I ordered trailer tires online for my camper. I made an appointment to have them mounted balanced and valve stems. After I got home with the tires and went to put them on the camper I Realized a valve stem was leaking on one of the tires after looking closer the valve stems were never changed on all four wheels. After checking the other 3 with soapy water, they were good No leaks and luckily I had a valve stem at home to Change out the leaking one. It would have literally took them 1 minute a wheel to change out the valve stems while the tires were off. Not too happy with The quality of the work. But you live ya learn. If I ever have tires done there again Ill be making sure everything is up to par before I leave.

Fullmetal detectorist First off this dose not reflect on the employees who are allways excellent but walmarts tire policy, went in a month ago for tires for my jeep and they didint have any of that size no big deal ordered some nice ones off of walmarts website as recommended by the tire associat 2 week wait. Day before appointment was told had to reschedule as all the tires wont be in until the actual day of appointment (which I had a 2pm appointment and I got an notification at 10am same day that all 4 tires were ready to be picked up at store). Show up a week later for new appointment and was told they cant put lt tires on my 2012 jeep liberty because they said lt on them which are light truck tires and would have worked no problem on a jeep. Even so these are the tires wallmart recomends when you search for a 2012 jeep liberty on there website. I was told I could take the car home and bring them the rims and then they could put them on it (what a joke). 40 minutes to issue me a refund. Called customer holiness but they couldnt care less. Went to mavis in catskill got me in and all set same day.

Alan Case Great place for oil changes nys inspections and general maintenance. Take all my cars for oil and inspections. They are honest straight forward not out to rip anyone off.(Hard to find these days). Took a new to me toy car that I know needed work for a pre inspection inspection and they ran through it outlined what it needed what maybe could be fixed but not urgent and I decided to let them take care of the urgent items, they did it quickly with detail and at an extremely fair price! 12/10 do recommend!

Katherine Dieckmann "Quick" becomes kind of a joke when you arrive at 1:20 to get a good spot in line before they reopen from their lunch break at 1:30, and wind up pulling out again after 3 pm, after waiting in a broiling parking lot, with a porta-potty as the only available "customer bathroom." I wouldnt have stayed (and plenty of people bailed) if I hadnt desperately needed an oil change. When I paid (no one provided me with an estimate of cost in advance, and I got charged for a higher-end oil because they were "out" of the less-expensive kind), I was told they were down one worker that day. Okay, things happen. But wouldnt that have been a good thing to communicate when I first called to double-check on hours and availability? Or maybe let your clients know its going to be a long wait when you come down the line to confirm what it is they need? (Despite being understaffed, I was asked twice, by two different people, what I was there to do... yup, just a simple oil change.) Wow. An almost surreal level of inexcusably lousy service. Never again!

As a traveling single female I expected to have to pay an unbelievable amount, but the price was so fair I didnt know how to respond when he first told me. Amazing service and attention to detail!

Despite having a full schedule, they fixed my car quickly so I could get back on the road. They also drove me to a coffee shop so I could get a bite to eat while I waited.
