Dave 2ray I dropped off my vehicle on July 2, 2025, and was initially told it would be ready in three days. However, I had to wait a full week before I was contacted. At that time, I was charged $1,452.39 for two oxygen sensors and a rear right axle replacement. Just three minutes after picking up the vehicle, the check engine light came on again. I immediately returned the car to the shop and was told it would be looked at again.
Unfortunately, the car remained with the shop for three additional weeks, during which I received conflicting and inconsistent updates each time I called. On July 23, 2025, 1 visited the shop in person due to the ongoing lack of communication and resolution, but the situation remained unresolved. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I feel that I was overcharged for a repair that clearly did not resolve the issue.

video laboratory I would never go to this place again. They fix one thing and break something else on your car. When you tell the owner about it he gets nasty. Jockey is a very nasty owner. They had my car for 3 days just to fix the windshield wiper motor. Then it still wasnt fixed, so I had to bring it back. Then they kept it another few days and its still not fixed properly. They do not know how to fix air conditioners theyll say its one part, then charge you for the part and for labor and still dont fix the problem. then when you bring your car back theyll say its another part try to charge you for labor. I spent a lot of money with them to fix my air conditioner and was never fixed. Alexs excuse was"its an old car", well old cars are easy to fix than new cars and I have an American muscle Chevy. Besides nobodys bringing new cars to that shop because the new cars have dealer warranties. So Im putting it out there, do not go to this place, waste your time your money or your energy. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.
