They were incredibly thorough and honest, providing a detailed report with clear explanations, photos, and even videos showing all the issues that had been completely overlooked by the other shops. stephen Harff I just started coming to Schoen Auto about 6 months ago and the team has been very thorough and accommodating. I had a sudden muffler problem last week and had time constraints and they fit me in the schedule. This could have been a very expensive repair but they took the time to look at the situation and evaluate options. When the easy option was to replace an item For $2,800 they researched other solutions and the repair was easier and more cost effective without compromising the safety or longevity of the parts. It’s not the first time they have taken the time to look for alternative solutions. We moved here 7 years ago and I wish I found them earlier.

Tanner Kahm I have been going to Schoen for about three years. They are straight up, fair, honest mechanics. They are very good at identifying and solving any issues your vehicle may have and do so at fair rate. No he is not the cheapest, but when you pay peanuts the quality of the work will drop with it. While my beater may have just went and I just got a new car, I know where I will be taking my car when issues arise!

Cierra Hawkins Needed my brakes done BAD! I reached out to Repair Sharkz and was not disappointed. I spoke with Cordell and was able to get in the same day which was needed. They are professional and knowledgeable. I thought I only needed brakes but, as they worked in my car more problems arose and they were able to take care of all of it. I was told prices upfront which made me feel very comfortable. I never felt taken advantage of which; as a woman, can happen with mechanics. I appreciate how thorough and honest they were. Will definitely be returning for future car repairs and maintenance.

Amanda Jirgal Amazing service! My car began making a grinding noise one day, and I suspected it was from the brakes. I reached out to Repair Sharkz and Cordon was so helpful. He was able to have me come that night when I finished work (around 8pm) and fixed it on the spot! He ordered parts, and then did the work within the hour in the cold. I appreciated his and his apprentices help so much and it was a reasonable price for the work and parts. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but Repair Sharkz was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend using them! Love supporting a small business as well.

He also kept me updated which I like most places just call you one time and price you out. Then youre in the dark until its "done" .

Elizabeth Leonard This was my first experience with Browncroft after having no positive results at a Honda dealership. Scott and his team were courteous and respectful, listened to what I had to say. They communicated frequently, with detailed accounts of what they observed, what was needed and why. I was amazed as I have never had this experience with any other garage. I am very pleased with the time and work they put into my car, and very pleased with the results! I think Browncroft is the best around!!

bob k Highly recommend! I had to have an emergency flat tire fix done on a Friday. I dropped the car off in the morning and they were able to get at it so it was fixed before lunch time. The shop is immaculate along with a very large and clean reception area if you need to wait for your vehicle. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use again!

The waiting room was nice and comfortable. Staff was great, especially Grace, she was such a sweetheart and a very much welcomed surprise.

Paul went above and beyond by finding a used door at a local automotive recycling center that matched my car’s paint, saving me a substantial amount of money. The workmanship was excellent, and the repairs blend seamlessly with the rest of the vehicle. I’m extremely pleased with the results, especially considering the high quality of service for such a reasonable price. I highly recommend Vargas Collision for their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.

Maya I had dented/scraped my fender and had to get the whole fender replaced. Staff here were very friendly and approachable. Looks like it never even happened. It was done a day sooner than expected, and the price they quoted me was more reasonable than the other places I visited.

A friend of mine from out of town had his struts go on a Sunday, and not only were they able to get him in that day, they didnt try to charge him extra. I had them do an oil change and look over the car for any potential problems, and they gave it a clean bill of health rather than trying to find reasons to get me to spend more money. I highly appreciate them.

Gabriel Sloan-Garcia When my car stopped working, I was quoted an egregious amount to replace my cv axle and do some realignment. After accepting that my car was never going to be fixed, I decided to do some more research. I found Morris and called to talk about the issues and Jesse was super flexible about getting it in to give me a quote. After giving it a once over, he gave me an estimate and not only was it less than the big name place, but it was an actually reasonable amount. He replaced my entire cv axle and realigned my suspension in six days and I havent had issues since. THIS GUY IS AMAZING! I have a mechanic for life now.

Meredith Partridge Best mechanic around. Jesse was so upfront, honest, straightforward, and was extremely fair. I had a terrible situation with my car; it just stopped working and it was 3 whole weeks with my car at Morris Auto. I think I probably called half a dozen times for updates because I had no backup and every single time Jesse answered the phone and answered every question I had with care, knowledge, and patience. The issue was very complicated, and Jesse was honest with what he was thinking and made sure to keep me updated. He did his absolute best during the whole process and his skills/knowledge were obvious. He was flexible with my car pickup and setting up a key lockbox so I could come after hours, and was flexible with payment. I know exactly who I would go to in the future for car maintenance and issues.

Mr. (MilliRocket) Made an appointment one week in advance for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance, and the brake inspection. I had drop off was notified that they didn’t have the oil to do a Volkswagen oil change and couldn’t get it from their normal supplier. Auto parts store carries oil, but they had no one to get the oil. They did complete the tire rotation and balance, and stated that the brake system was fine. I notified them at the time the appointment was made, and also again when I dropped the car off a week later that the front rotors were warped and would need to be replaced and the pads. The service tech there when I pick the car up, stated the other tech did the work and left early so I assume no inspection was completed. The visit here was a complete waste of time. I had to take it to another shop who confirmed the front rotors were warped and replaced pads and rotors.. Other reviewers have commented this place is understaffed and very poorly managed.

Ryan L Came in for an oil change. Left wondering if I’d enrolled in an escape room. Keys? Vanished. Interior? Generously seasoned with grease. Oil change reminder? Still on—because resetting it must’ve been too advanced. Bonus feature: a “district manager” frantically pacing with a Bluetooth headset, looking like he was auditioning for a one-man crisis management show. Spoiler alert: the crisis was mine. No apology, no fix, just vibes. If you like your truck treated like a crime scene and want to leave more frustrated than when you arrived—this is your place. Otherwise, run.

Yoamny Feliz Took my vehicle to this company. Gave them a list of things I needed done, listed it by priority. Asked for a price quote of the repairs that were highest priority. Instead this company did their own assessment, partially fixed one of the issues n didnt address the main problem with my vehicle. They completed svcs on the vehicle that I didnt request nor were a priority. They over charged me. Dont go to this company if you have car problems. They wont take what you say into consideration, they will overcharge you n charge you for things you didnt even request or really need. They will take advantage of you. Horrible way to run a biz.

Elizabeth M. Went to get a second opinion after being told by a chain muffler shop that I needed a catalytic converter for $900+. Joey told me I needed a flex pipe for $180+. These guys will fix/replace what you need and not what you dont.
