Luis Garcia I got my rotors and brake pads repaired here on a Kia. First time service was great. I had my check engine light come on my F150 and took it to this same shop. I was told that I needed to change out the purge valve so I did and the check engine would not go away. Then I was told to change another piece that I special ordered at the dealership and I tried to come back to get my truck fixed. After numerous attempts I kept being told that the shop was busy. I lost patience and went to another mechanic. Come to find out I DIDNT HAVE TO CHANGE OUT ANYTHING IN THE TRUCK. The whole time it was a wiring issue. The wires were sitting on the exhaust causing the wires to strip and this is why my check engine kept coming on. What a giant waste of time and money!!

Andre Burrell Really wanted to rate this place higher, but there’ve been too many bad experiences. I’ve been coming here for over 7 months for jobs of varying sizes, mostly dealing with Andy. Unfortunately, the quality of work just isn’t good. They’re not detail-oriented enough, and I don’t think they’re equipped to handle newer, more complex cars.
There always seems to be some issue. You go in for something simple and leave with new problems. I recommended a friend here—he had the same experience. For example, I once had them install TPMS sensors, and they forgot to program them, making them useless.
The main issue started two months ago with a misfire on my 2013 Lexus GS450h. Before any real diagnosis, I was told I needed fuel injectors, then suddenly ignition coils. Neither were the problem—I wasted time buying and refunding both. The actual issue was low compression on one cylinder. I opted to replace the engine, which was when things got much worse.
I sourced a used engine, but the wrong one was delivered. Their lead mechanic accepted it without verifying, which led to a nightmare month of trying to get a refund while my old engine had already been removed—leaving me without a car the entire time. Eventually, I got a correct engine delivered and asked them to swap the wiper motor while the bay was clear. I bought the part myself and handed it over.
After the engine swap, I picked up the car—only to immediately find the power steering didn’t work. Had to leave it again. Over the next week, more issues: check engine light, no horn or steering wheel controls, and now faulty O2 sensors. I also found out the wiper motor was never actually swapped, despite Andy saying it was. He later admitted he was given the wrong info, which made me question what else was missed. Was anything else skipped during the engine swap?
Eventually I had to buy a new clock spring. Andy initially tried to install a cheap Chinese one—I told him that wasn’t acceptable. To his credit, he took the $500 hit and bought OEM.
When it was time to install the clock spring and O2 sensors, I joked, “Please don’t turn this 1-day job into another week.” I had no idea how accurate that would be. After installation, my car wouldnt start—it couldn’t go into park due to a faulty neutral relay switch. I found the part myself, sent a photo, and Andy confirmed it was correct. It wasn’t. That mistake cost another two weeks of refunds and shipping the right part. Finally got the car back—30 minutes after I drove off, check engine light. Two days later, “Check Hybrid System” light with beeping indicating a critical issue. It’s now been over 2 months and the car still isn’t driveable. I’ve lost over 2 months of income because I can’t do my delivery job.
Despite all this, Andy is a nice guy. I have nothing against him personally—but I can’t trust him with repairs again.
Other issues I witnessed:
Poor reinstall of body panels
Loud scraping noise after pickup which they didnt check for.
Engine bay covers left loose
Broke wheel locks and replaced with rusted or missing nuts. Had to buy a new set.
Volume knob damaged during engine swap (still unfixed)
Door creaks now— he claimed to “fix” with WD-40 (what?)
One of his guys leaning full weight on my bumper during oil change
No towels to protect paint while working
Horrible communication; omitting relevant details, forgetting to call with updates, forgetting to send or take photos when requested, making false promises, not telling the full story when something goes wrong, trying to blame others, etc. I had to second guess and double check everything he told me because I could no longer trust him.
I even witnessed another customer leave with a fresh engine swap, only to call back minutes later about a warning light. Andy brushed it off and told him to come back tomorrow. Why give a customer a car with a light on in the first place?
Bottom line: their quality control is lacking, miscommunication is constant, and the work just isn’t reliable. I wouldn’t recommend them for big or small jobs.
