Alex Wilk Monro Auto Service did a fantastic job! I came in with a tire issue, and they were super efficient, friendly, and got me back on the road in no time. The staff was helpful and polite, and the pricing was very reasonable, no upselling or pressure. Definitely recommend them if you need quick, honest service. Thanks, Monro!

MAYB TMRW I normally have small routine rotations & inspection work done at jiffy lube but they were pretty rude this past time and unwilling to schedule me for a slot. On my way back to town I swung into this Monro location and the guy at the counter was incredibly kind. Got me scheduled the next day and answered all my questions. Once the appointment came he was just as nice, super fast, on time and replaced my inspection sticker perfectly straight and inline with my registration sticker! That little detail makes me feel like these guys care about what they’re doing. I’ll be scheduling all future work here and recommend to anyone. *they have pucks for electric vehicles and took extra care when lifting for tire rotation.

Billy and Mary moreau and cole Joe and Andrew were absolutely the best at getting an appointment quickly for my oil change and filters replaced! Andrew showed me the filters and why getting new ones are so important. Joe explained everything to me and was great! Will definitely recommend patients and friends to come here!!

Carrie hill I would never recommend this shop , I called not only was man nasty rude .after saying what was going on with my car without looking at it said it’s a dealer part not knowing what was going on with it or the problem he did not look at my car or seem to want to !!! Told me take it to catskill I’m like what and ended the call

#1 Great place to go whether you have just an inspection or a bigger mechanical problem. these guys do it all and they do it correctly. Very fair price compared to other mechanics in the area. Would have no hesitations of going here again.

Aysa Morehead DO NOT go here, DO NOT let your insurance send you here - these people are dishonest and dishonorable, They destroyed my daughters car and refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. When we brought it in it had a dent in the back but was running perfectly fine. They were supposed to do a quote and then fix the car because of a fender bender that was not our fault. Instead, while doing the ""quote". They ripped the back half of the car apart, issued the insurance company a greatly inflated estimate so they "totaled" the car and when we were arranging to pick it up they told us what they had done and that they wouldnt put it back the way we brought it to them. Please see the before and after pictures the first picture is when we brought it to them (Small dent, nothing loose, driving perfectly, even the taillight worked) the next 2 pictures shows what they did to it and refused to fix. We didnt want them to make it perfect, we just wanted them to put it back the way it was when we brought it to them, they refused and were nasty about it.. We have to get it towed and have someone (reputable) else fix it. They completely refuse to take any responsibility for the damage they caused, and it seems like they do this often. I saw another couple picking up their car upset with a similar issue. The lady in the office was so nice when we brought it in, I felt like I could trust them and boy was I wrong. I am just disgusted by the way we were treated, and with this companys complete lack of decency and accountability. What they did to my daughters car was . Do yourself a favor go anywhere else.

cody rockefeller Most of the work was good however, when I picked it up there was a silver spot on my side step. Looks like it was hit too hard with a pressure washer or sprayed with some stripper that peeled some of the paint off see pic below. I was told it was like that when I brought it in and showed a picture of my truck when it came in. It had mud on the side step in the area they showed me and said it was there when I brought it in. The picture shows mud in the area not bare metal. At this point I did not want to argue further as it was going no where. My bow tie emblem in the front grill was replaced cracked pics below. And my inner wheel liner was reused with rips in it. Picture of one of the rips down below. My front passenger seat was also speckled with what appears to be polish or some other sort of white drops.

Kathy DeVincenzi We had an axle fail on our 32’ travel trailer, on our way from NY to Vt at exit 20 on Route 87. Called our roadside assistance (Coach Net) who found Tyler @ RANGO RECOVERY! Tyler reached out to us to confirm we were safe and he would reach us in about 20-30 minutes! 22 minutes later he is pulling in behind us! When I tell you, he is the most pilot & knowledgeable young man - I’m not lying!!!!! He moved with speed, knowledge & experience! On the side of the road he diagnosed, advised us of the problem (our Dexter axle actually rolled & slide back on the spring), and repaired it within 2 hours!!! If we had to go to an RV Shop it would have taken them 2 months to just diagnose our problem! If you are in the need of roadside assistance near Hudson Falls NY - call RANGO RECOVERY - you will not be disappointed! Thanks Tyler for all you did in such a short amount of time! Your parents should be proud of the young man you are!

1 2 Tyler came out to do a “pre-purchase”inspection on our Honda we purchased from Carvana. He was knowledgeable and courteous- taking the time to explain what he was looking at and he even was able to repair the minor issue he found on the spot- all for practically next to nothing. There are not a lot of folks out there offering roadside repairs anymore and Tyler just so happens to also be a great mechanic.

Linda Mendoza Byron is very helpful and very honest. But best of all, he knows what hes doing. At a fair price.

Richard Mohamed This morning I woke up and had my car towed to Saratoga Auto Repair. I was convinced that it was the alternator, but Byron is a very good man and just informed me that I am dumb and didn’t tighten the battery.J/K. He was actually very professional and was able to fix my hood which was another problem within 20 minutes. He was honest by letting me know it was just a problem with the connection on the battery and not the whole alternator. I respect that kind of honesty. Thank you sir.

Riley Burton Blaesi’s is the only place i trust to do honest and solid work on my car. These guys are the best! I’ve always had timely responses and i’ve never waited any longer than 2 days for all services to be completed. Between the awesome customer service, upfront communication, quality parts & reliability, there is no doubt they’ll be the first people I call in times of need!!!
