Ken S Three of my MAIN problems with them; 1. Had a used transmission put in my daughters car - returned to us foaming with water. 2.Stopped by unexpectedly one morning at opening time while my work truck was there- found them using it to tow other cars around their parking lot ! 3. lastly and no amount of apologies was gonna fix this, my sons truck was picked up after closing and found that the hood, cowling, hinges and both fenders were all damaged from them test driving the vehicle without properly closing the hood. I gave the new owner ample opportunities to make good and all he did was throw ( not even enough to repair the damages) some money at my son and continue to deny he was responsible. Then proceeded to forge documents regarding the charges I contested on my credit card for the damages to my son’s vehicle.

Christopher Judd Rich and his staff did an absolutely amazing job repairing my VW Golf wagon after a deer strike made a mess of the front end. Panel gaps are perfect, paint match is unbelievable, and the car drives perfectly. Communication was excellent & always pleasant. I recommend Elrich without reservation if you want your car repaired properly. They treated my daily driver VW as well as they would any high dollar Porsche or Audi.

Joe Heinlein First class operation and great communication. Rich handled my claim with insurance company and adjuster. Went here since Elrich is Authorized Porsche Body Shop. They only use real authentic Porsche replacement parts. Picked up car today and it looks brand new. It also drives perfectly. Job well done with no issues or drama. Thank you Elrich team!! Joe

Amy Kelly The ease of making an appointment and the quality of help is beyond expectations. I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. I have gotten an oil change and I didn’t have to wait any extra time then it took for them to do the oil change. I am so very pleased and will never go anywhere else . The customer service was also outstanding . Very happy customer !!!

AD SJ Staff were professional and really nice. Service was prompt and timely. Donna was great. She had a hearty smile for everyone. I was kept informed while I waited. Service manager, Mr Ken was awesome - He was visible, interacting with and assisting customers. I am very satisfied.

Robert Strong Went in for an estimate and told them exactly what needed to be done. They told me they needed to bring the car in and take a look at it. After an hour wait they gave me an estimate for the work I requested and was charged $50.00 dollars plus tax. I was never told there was a cost for the estimate. I have used this shop before but definitely won’t use them again. If you going to charge for something it should be be posted or agreed upon before hand.

Edward Stewart Absolutely the best guy in repair Business for me. I do most of my own work, but when I cant or dont want to; hes the only guy I go to. The guy is a straight up stand up guy. I once had a car on its last leg and he did a compression test on it. We knew it was going to fail but had to check. Well it failed a compression test. I said just change the oil while you have it and give it back to me. He said no, youll be lucky if this thing last one month. Pretty much one month to the day bang it was over. Saved me an oil change .Lol

RI P Ive gone to Mike for decades. I plan to have my children go to him as well. He knows what hes doing, honest and trustworthy. Hes not cheap, but hes not overpriced either. Hes fair. Hes a good work at a fair pay. Ill take that anyday. If your pay is cheap, most likely the work will be cheap too.

Chris Great mechanic. Very knowledgeable and honest. Very detail oriented and meticulous just what you want from a mechanic. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. But you’re basically guaranteed he’s going to take care of your cars issue no problem and not add things you don’t need.

Very rude owner, and when asked that the price seemed high in a calmly manner, he became very defensive and kicked me out immediately and was very demeaning the entire time. He has a short fuse and a small emotional bandwidth. Someone gave a little kid too much power to run their own shop! Check their yelp and avoid this spot!

Maureen Haggerty After buying or leasing 7 vehicles from Apple you may think theyd treat me well. After dealing with Chadd, the polite but apparently powerless service department manager, my case was passed up to the general manager, Charlie. I cant even get a call back from Charlie (same guy that yelled at my son and I for seeking out financing elsewhere on his purchase of a used crv last March).I have been nothing but polite about the manufacturers paint defect on the roof of my HRV. Yes, it is not under warranty anymore and yes this is a known defect now covered through the year 2018 cars. Mine is a 2019 with under 60k on it. They have been jerking me around since midsummer. I was promised an answer about 3 weeks ago. I call and he wont call back. My family will try Marianno Rivera Honda for future service bc we have 2 more Hondas in the driveway. I will never own a Honda again. I just leased a Subaru.

Zuha Ahmed I went towards the beginning of November because I was having trouble with my tires and wheel alignment. Eddie Osorio helped me out and made sure I understood everything before the purchase. Honestly, as a student who’s also far from home, this was super convenient and so much easier compared to when I went to a dealership. Such a positive experience. Everyone is super nice here

Terri Scofield UPDATE: This location is awesome! Im 4 days into a 7 day preferred customer account and let them know difficulty w/bank reversing insufficient $ charges, when they can see deposits pending and you cant sit with a Teachers FCU financial services rep in Riverhead NY 11901 location without waiting hours. Also cant afford to wait on inordinately long 800 or 866 # holds. TIME is the most precious commodity we can never replace when it is wasted. Fast & reasonably priced, as always. Bummer tho - its exactly the same as the OEM, but made in China. Gonna have Eddies guys at Dynamic confirm, then return the part. Got to figure out a solution & get correct VIN on title. Good news is instead of 204,214 miles on this engine, its more like 90,000 & change. Damn proud of my detective work. Now gotta contact company that rebuilt it & get a block, # if they dont have an actual VIN. Groundhog Day - back at square one like in 2021, throwing good $ after bad. Cross fingers for me.

Donna Brett If there was a spot to do a 0 star I would . Took my truck for an inspection last week. They tell me I need 1,175 dollars worth of work. I was ready to trust them and let them do the job. Thanks to my BF recommending I go local by me , and get another opinion, it ended up being something that needed minor adjustment and no charge. There are CROOKS out there. Go to reputable mechanics out there. I am mad , very, but on the other end blessed I took solid advice not to have them do the job.
